Wow i think that if you did any of those things then Justcar would state that you wouldnt be insured. because every other insurance company wouldnt pay out. I am with Justcar and i am sure i read that my insurance is void if i use it for motorsport. I rekon you were told all that just so you would insure with them then if you crashed doing one of the above then you would get refused and told " read the product disclosure statement"

you are still trying to sell your parts but yet i sent you money for the parts we agreed to nearly 4 weeks ago and and i still havent got the parts!!!! I didnt want to post this publicly but as you are not returning my pm's then this must be the only way you might listen. You said to me on the 31st of August that you were checking on it that day and you will get back to me but you havent and even after i sent you a pm last week you still dont reply. Either send me the parts as agreed or send me my money back now. Dont fck me around any more, i have been more than patient with you.

Mine did that as well. All i did to fix it is make sure the channel that the water is meant to go through behind the tail lights is free from debri. I had leaves and everything in there and was over flowing into boot. Once that was removed i dont get a wet boot anymore.

I love the fact that the original car wasnt exactly straight so he went and bought another one!!! How the hell is this car going to be able to come back to the country coz it will now have different vin numbers? I think every on here can agree that this is the most amazing build ever. Makes me want to go out and be a personal trainer!!! I cant wait till the end.

I agree it is tough but the only series 1's i have seen for that price have done 160+km. Now i know even the low km cars probably been wound back but still. i would say 10-12k would be a resonable price. if you sold yours for 7.5k then i think you sold it too cheap.

if anyone has a Nokia then go onto OVI Store and there is one on there that you can download onto the phone. It is called RACECHROMO and it was a free download. it does 1/4 mile, 1000metres, 1 mile, 0-60mph, 0-100kph,0-200kph ( now that would be interesting )80-120kph plus a few more. Plus it does laptiming as well. Cool app.

What that is is Karma getting back at you for doing that in public lol. i would say u have either popped a seal or your power steering pump has crapped itself.

Now this will show how inept i am with cars. Where is the carbon canister? i think i have eliminated the leaking o-rings as it is not as bad now as it was earlier. so this answer sounds like what it could be.

hmm good point. When i drive home tonite i will try to see. damn i dont like your reply, the other solution sounded much easier and cheaper. so i guess if it is that then replacing o rings would be the only cre. that sounds expensive.

Cops will do anything to give a ticket. I think you can get a "work " license that lets you drive between certain times.

well the car was imported about 4 years ago and it is completley stock so i would say that i will replace the cat anyway because it will probably have one of those horrible complaince cats on it. Thank you for your advice. Much aprecaited

Cool thank you for that. i will have a check tonight. I have filled it up plenty of times before and no smell but then i do know that seals do let go randomly. If the cat was dead then i would notice a bit of a power drop, not an increase like i have had now. I was hoping it was the cat so i can convince the mrs that i need a WHOLE new exhaust

Hey there, i normally put 98 from the 7-eleven close to me but thought i would try Shell V-power to see if it made any difference. It seems to pull a bit harder than before so that is good but now there is a strong fuel smell inside the car which wasnt there before i put the v-power in. Now i checked to make sure i didnt leave the cap off which i didnt. Does anyone know why? I heard that when the cat starts to die there is a smell like that from it but it has happened very suddenley. Any help would be great. thank you guys and girls. Oh it is a 95 series 1 gts25t

I agree there. I was always a fan of the R32 but since owning a r33 ( not a GTR mind you ) i prefer the r33 shape. I think it is what you said about the lines of an r33. But hey a GTR is a GTR no matter what the year or shape

Yup. Insurance companies will try anything to get out of paying you if you need them too. Because it is darker than legal then your car is "unroadworthy" hence illegal so even if somebody stole your car and it was recovered the insurance company wont pay out. There are a lot of cars that fit in that bill and run the risk. I personally would rather it stay legal and forgo a little of the "look" factor. You can get some tint that looks darker than legal but when tested comes up fine.
