I am in shock at the amount of people who have NO insurance because they cant afford it but have just bought a new set of wheels or rebuilt engine etc etc. I got a quote from Just car and for my car for the bare minimum ( 3rd party, fire and theft) was a grand total of $288 per year! People need to get there priorities straight and insure the bloody things. If you cant afford it then dont buy it. I am in the process of upgrading all my security on my car to make me feel a little bit better, but then i dont park my car where i cant either see it or at least hear it. The only way this influx of stolen cars will stop is when we make it harder to take them. Also if you have a feeling parts are hot DONT BUY IT. That " too good to be true" deal often is and you are making sure these thieving scum keep at it. /rant
