Some flow rates for you guy's from extrusion flow honing standard manifold ,hks cast iron manifold and hks cast iron flow honed standard manifold .........hks cast ...............hks cast flow honed 1 159.7.........................170.7............................194.8 2 162.4.........................166.6............................203.4 3 160.7.........................178.7............................198.7 4 150.1.........................183.6............................200.3 5 149.9.........................182.2............................207.8 6 173.3.........................184.7............................202.8 Do not have any figger's for standard manifold flow honed but I do no he did a comparison between the standard manifold and a side mount s/s manifold like the one posted earlier in this thread and advised his customer to go with the standard manifold as a result last time I was there the s/s one was still there and he used it as an example of what not to buy ,I don't know if it was an ebay one or where it came from I'm just posting what he advised me as my son was after one of these same s/s manifolds and has opted instead to get his standard manifold flow honed instead when funds allow .As you can see flow honeing does make huge differances I also had the front cover and hot side of a gt3040r flowed honed at the same time to help with spoolup and it does work though I have no flow rates for these Cheers Peter

Just added 5 dyno runs in the same car with same tyres and rims 3kph runs at race solutions 1rpm run race solutions and 1 rpm based run at unique autosports cheers Peter

well im building a leftovers then all the parts back in about 3 weeks at the machine shop now ,at long last Roy here are some picks of RB26 rods and Rb20det rods from the measurement I have they appear to be same length to the bearting cap whereas from there they differ because the rb25 and 26 have bigger, big end bearings Cheers Peter

you need at least 81mm pistons to make 2.2ltr with rb25det crank Piston 81 mm crank 71.7 x 6= 2217cc Roy rb20det standard pistons and rb25 crank =2056cc

1992 R32 gtst Wheel dia= 17" Wheel width=8" fronts 9" rear Wheel offset 35 fronts 38 rears tyres 235-45-17 front tyres 255-40-17 rear Didnt need to do any mods car was lowered 25mm 1993 R32 gtst Wheel dia 18" Wheel width 7.5" front 8.5" rear Wheel offset 30 front 40 rear Tyres 235-40-18 all round no mods needed to fit car was lowered 50mm

If its the drive gears that fail because there to brittle can't you just replace them with the R33 gear's if there the same ??

I have the gtr standard side skirts here and after market fibreglass ones too neither come anywhere near fitting with out major work to them I gave it up went original

Hi Callum SSS engine's are straight out of cars from Japan usually stock and usually low klm's engines not rebuilt .I haven't bought just an engine from them I bought a whole front cut and found them easy to deal with anything wrong or missing they supplied or exchanged for me no worries they gave me warranty with the engine cant remember how long it was but on the front cut deal they kept the ecu till it was fitted and ready to fire up then I just had to go back pick up the ecu and warranty started from then and the engine fired up straight away and runs like a dream had 71000k's on the clock Cheers Peter

Ok Goodies off tomorrow to the machine shop to get block bored and all measurements done for acl race series bearings be about three weeks b4 I get them back but its a start on the engine at long last most parts are here Just a quick pic of some of the parts I'll give a rundown nismo fuel pump New crank collar fitted and crank all balanced up by proengines thanks greg and rods all done shotpeened and hardned resized and new gudgen bearing's new performance valve springs arias forged pistons 79mm arp main ,rod, and headstud kits nissan n1 water and oil pumps water pump of blitz thanks Nick tomei oil restrictor's and nismo thurmostat of slide thanks Aaron tomei metal head gasket from UAS thanks John Once it all come's back I can start with the assambly :PBJ: Cheers Peter

My 2c worth Senna was the man I might be a bit older than most here so I remember his racing vividly shame he died so young .When MS was racing against him he was no where to be seen and there wasn't much of an age differance between them so it was pure skill if he had of lived to the same age as MS well I know who would be on the top of my list Cheers Peter
