I had a similar problem to this once and it was the slave cylinder was bleeding back, seals were on there way out, the more it got used the worse it was but recovered when driven for a while and clutch not used had me buggered for months till I found it ,just wouldnt travel full length same can happen to mastercylinder ...
  7. At a guess I would say check ur gearbox mounts and cross member bolts ,its not unusual for the bolts to be done up but not tightened up proberly and come loose or ur centre bearing for that matter
  8. The spec's on both engines are in the rb20 dyno thread there a long list on both .The black one had 282rwkw and the red one has 306 rwkw though cheers Peter

  11. I still hurt 14 months after I crashed my old R32 in this cool weather but that could be just cause im getting older too
  12. Any of the car recyclers will take it away and most for nothing so if they try to charge you ring someone else .In the yellow pages alot will advertize old cars remove free ,its worth it to them as they normally get over a hundred dollars per wreak for scrap metal .I've had 3 old cars removed and never paid for 1, thats in western Sydney cheers Peter
  13. Congratulations . Good result, on an rb20det stock bottom end .I run an rb2.1det in my R32 and atm its making 306.1rwkw and its a handfull onhigh boost so take care on the street.I'm lucky i can turn the boost down which makes it good to drive on low boost cheers Peter

  19. I had a problem similar the your's with the missing so I went and bought the splitfire coil packs to but that didnt fix the problem had to the gap the plugs down to 7mm b4 it fixed it ,was a bit dissappointed with the splitfires really .I would stay with coppers to atm till you sort out your problems with the miss fire I use them all the time .Can U post up a pic of the engine bay with the plenum fitted please, thinking about getting one of them for my car but just want to know what has to be modified for it Cheers Peter
  20. Hi Cubes Still pulling it down atm only got it today ,as soon as I get it all apart I'll post up some pic's. I bought it as an 90 gtr diff complete. But the cradle is an R32 one some slight differances in the hicas setup as most parts bolt to top of diff Cheers Peter .
  21. So there is a ratio differance between the R32 gtst (4.363-1) and the gts-4 (4.375-1).this is interesting to me as I've just bought what I thought was a gtr full Diff disc to disc.As I'm dissassembling it I've noticed its a viscus diff in it witch means to me its a gts-4 diff which I bought for the bigger drive shafts (I keep braking my gtst one's )So are the half shafts inter changable between the two ? cheers Peter
  22. I'd go with a small person screaming in the engine bay !!!!!
  23. Hi Guys Car went back to the tuners yesterday to sort out the leaning problems out and tune after fixing them ,First problem we found was the fuel cap was non venting and the second was the fpr had a blockage in it so had to have a complete new tune.Running a lot better now lot more responsive but never tried to make more power as it seems I'm pushing the limmits of the stock plenum as it is and 306rwkw is all I want atm so leaving that alone .Tuner says its a nice conservitive tune for the engine now not pushing any limmits on injectors or boost though we uped the low boost from 12 psi to 13psi and that seemed to fix the spiking we had there and its making 240rwkw at that so all in all very happy with the result . Sorry dont have the new dyno graph left it behind but its near the same as the old one execpt a better fuel ratio but power was the same Cheers Peter
