  2. trying to get 15 or 20 mm hub/spacers for r32gtr. hub adaptors with different set of studs, ussually dont work for 15 or 20mm because the nuts or studs sit above dummy hub (unless you have wheel wells?) i have flat back wheels can any1 hook up decent hub spacers? long wheel studs with massive spacer ? spacers are 5mm -_- cheers in advance

    dvs32r has posted something about checking timing without timing loop from ecu.

    u can check timing from back or ignitor wire or #1 coilpack harness. he says something about pulling the lead off #1 coilpack and checking it at sparkplug ... can u elaborate on th...

  14. uhhh ... can u elaborate ... generally people get the spark signal from the black wire near ignitor unit ( from memory ) way ur saying is u take signal for timing light from #1 coilpack wiring harness correct ? dont understand lead+spark plug thing :S

  16. still didnt get to the bottom of it , neither did chasers ( didnt spend to much time on it ) timing kept saying 20 ( obviously not 20 ) just played with the CAS on the dyno until we where happy lol funny engine

  18. i had an issue like this once ! built an rb26 .... for some reason the CAS sensor LOOKED like it was set to retarded ( far left ) but timing light was telling me 20degrees ... timing was obviously retarded ( CAS ussually sits in the middle for 20degrees... plus the engine revved retarded ... checked Timing belt again ... perfect ! timing light says 20degrees ..... got it dyno'd and timed instead at chasers. still no sure what happened to that car chasers motorsport didnt know either ( they checked TB and timing light also ) apprently the bracket the holds the CAS sensor in (behind timing case) fractures in rare cases. besides that :S id like to know whats going on !

Hey fellow skyliners just wondering if its possible to DOSE my GTR has any1 tryed running the muzza "dose pipe" trick. afms boost side, no bovs .. to make it flutter ZUUUUTUUUTUUUU !!! hard part would be running inline afms .. blocking off recirculation and breathers should be simple. restriction of air flow with inline afms? or run twin piping both ends ... i know recircution stock bov's work well and compressor surge etc for u haters! nothing sicker then a mad sounding DOSE ! ZUUUUTUUUUTUUU !!!
