    oil change after 10,000ks whereas with Shell helix or Castrol, the oil was turning to crap at 5000kms

    I usually use Mobil 1 0w40 (the gold bottle) or Royal Purple 5w30. Works well in the car - she seems to like it. With both I can do 10k km and have the oil still looking fairly good by the end.

    For that extra $500 you're getting a beefed up upgraded box as opposed to a normal one with unknown wear and tear. Damn good value if you look at it like that.

    I used to put it right on the tinted bit at the top. Couldn't see it unless you looked. Anyone planning on sticker bombing a V?
