Anyone put Xenons back in yet? I have bulbs but reluctant to open it up myself.. Anyone knows specialist in Sydney who does this and at what cost?

TV is also available in v36 but not in g37 (could be wrong here). Anyway, it does not work out of the box, may be requires some work but was not able to figure this out yet.

Buttons are mirrored and some have different functions, I will post a pic later with my translation. "Carwings" is only for japanese models. Side camera is I think only japanese again. DVD does not play region 4 (AUS), have to try all region I guess. FM radio does not cover needed frequencies (I guess that is common for all models). Understands English / Russian / Japanese names in songs with no issues on my mp3.

They both move, tested couple of hours ago. There is something strange about right one though. It seems that it does not move until you trun wheel to certain point where left one does it instantly. i though that it was broken at first

Hi All, I think it is about time we have FAQ created for all V36 owners out there.. I just spent about 1 hours working my way through the NAV, etc. Still a long way to go so I thing everyone would appreciate a single topic on most common problems / translations / etc. First finding, camera on the side mirror can be turned on by pressing top right button next to screen. I will post a picture over weekend. Took me about an hour to work this one out ))

I did test drive of x1 the other day, reasonable performance model with all 'essential' features would set you back around $80-90K.. It still would not be nowhere near Crossover in terms of performance.. Interior feels cheaper in BMW as well.

I'm yet to receive the v36 (in compliance workshop atm) but had a look through menu on my mates car. It does have about 30-40% in English but it takes time to learn through others since there are > 50 menus.. Quality of screen is great though. On par with optional navigation (~ $7000) in X1 which I tested the other day.

Hi Andy and others, Any update / news on software kit for V36?

Happened to me too, was scared of repair bill for my integra so had to save for two months before I could do anything about it. If you are short on money and need a ride go something simple and small engine.. you can always upgrade once saved more... Bottom line, try to avoid finance any car unless deal is very attractive, like no fees and repayments and very low rate.. You can see Holdens with this kind of deals from time to time.
