  1. my wife had a kia rio and it was great , the only draw back is that aparently u can get some duds , but we never had any problems

  3. As for the quality of the front / dump pipes I wouldn't have a clue that why it's good to have someone explain it . I'd say the bigger the area at the back of the turbo the less turbulace/interupted flow ??!! Am I right
  4. When u say all the air pipeing do u mean vacume tubeing or the pipes that go from the turbo to the inercooler and back to the throdel inlet ?. Well the turbo pipeing is easy as iv had that off a few times when I was makeing the heat Sheld for the pod. As for the vacume tubeing (which I thing u mean) iv been putting it off lol . Indont think it will be hard it's just trying to locate all of them lol. I should do it as if there's a leaky one it probably affecting performance. If u live near by we can by a cupple of meters of the stuff and work it out lol .
  5. thanks man iv been filtering through the forums and i think ill got for the JJR belmouth one piece front/dump pipe paired with a catco high flow cat and see how that goes it will actualy be saving me a cuple hundred so i can put it towards ether an inter cooler or nistune lol now all i have to do is find a standard r34 actuator just incase my boost goes up by 2 psi , thanks for the help guys we had a bumpy start but got there in the end lol.

  8. ok i understand you may know what your talking about when you say its utter crap but what i mean is tell me wht its crap as i cant tell the difference ! do just say its crap and leave it at that , can you tell its crap steal by the color of the steal or did you zoom in and see that it has bad welds or something . and yes you said were to get them from but wouldnt it be better to say "hey get this brand thats avalible from sellers on SAU do a search on this product and you will see most members prefer them" well i might be just ne but thats how i would say it after all writing on fourums doesnt disd\play your emotions when u type so its easy to take someone thats helping you negativly by miss understanding what there saying im sorry i took it the wrong way
  9. yeah the sound and better flow was what im after as the power side of it im not fussed at this stage but as i said in the opening post that other post had me thinking lol. oh and Galois yeah turnes out that the actuator is from another nissan but its not an r33 and the guy that looked at it doesnt know what its off just that its set to 12 psi , i dont know why im reading at 12.5 though lol could be the gauge or caould be a leak but im getting to changing the hoses soon. also a few people have said they high flowed there exhaust and it didnt raise there boost at all but i guess ill find out when i fit the exhaust lol.
  10. thanks why i wanted it to be spacific is that some one said dont go for splits i just wanted to know why wether its the trying to fit them or that they actualy do more harm than good flow wise , i asked about the just jap because thats my second preference but wanted to know if anyone has used it with good results , but thanks for your post , also iv looked at the small split dump pipes but dont see the sence in them as they only split the gasses for a short distance,

  12. been searching for half an hour and cant find any reference to a bell mouth pipe on here all i can find is a hks split dump pipe !!!! oh well i guess ill have to do more searching and get no answers (god forbid i ask another question on this site )

  16. i understand that and its why i was leaning towards that pipe on ebay as the price is $380 and not the $80 to $180 i can find everywere else
  17. thankyou mad802 thats what i wanted to know it just shits me when people say get a different one but wont specify how do i know if i go get a bellmouth one and post it on here someone will then say ohh no do get that brand thats crap , i make a promiss to you all from now on if someone just jumps in to a thred iv started and just writes " do a search " im going to follow you arround to ecery thread you go to and any time you ask a question i will reply "SEARCH F WIT" and see how you like it .

  23. i was just reading a topic about a guy wanting to know if he added 2psi would he feel it, some one replied and told him it would me a minimal difference unless he adds a high flow exhaust and then he will feel the difference. now i have an R gtt neo that other than a jasma 3" cat back exhaust and an actuator (from some unknown Nissan ) thats running 12.5psi with my tax return I'm going to buy a 3" split/dump pipe and a 3" high flow cat what his post has me wondering is am i going to crap my self when i drive away after having it installed or is the difference it will make only minimal ??? also no i didn't add the actuator i only recently found out it wasn't stock after investigating to see why the boost is so high, my original intention for the car was to do the exhaust then get use to the stock power of the car and then add more boost then follow with a fmic and nistune but the previous owner already upped the boost ,
  24. not to pick on you because it may just be that iv been lucky but i have only ever racked up 5 points in ten years of driveing (most in a rodeo diesl and patrol diesl) but i like the idea of a awd car for a p plater mean less likely to try snakies and hit a pole !
