    If were mine, id not bother with oil pumps and springs etc, id skim head and have inspected, then slap the lot on a running RB30 bottom end. RB30- $300 , modding for tensioner, belt, pwr steer bracket, slot mounts- $200 , vct and shave head $200, oem gaskets and bolts - $300 Also take the engine and box out in one go would be quicker.

    Im not sure bout this stuff, going from stock r33 power fc tune to rb3025 neo 1000cc xspurts, if i can get it running would save towing it an hour on the road..

    Anyone know what the latency value would be 1000cc Xspurts on Power FC? From what i've read so far, you put this value in a leave the other stuff alone yeah?

    I've had same experience, they looked at ride height, external gate plumbed back in , BOV plumbed in and tyres. Most cops have admired the car and its condition. What im not sure about and havn't had experience with is the queensland transport inspectors that i see driving around in commodore utes. Anyone been pursued by them or is it just the random roadside setups that they get you? Id hate to live in vic, terrible place to own a performance car.

    Personally i would never go to pedders or any of those shops, i dont trust em, id only let the tuner touch my beast and 2 other businesses that have proved to be honest. I got some MCA blues in mine, have a good reputation

    Cars not far off, VCT oil feed is an asshole, its in a terrible spot to get plumbing upto. Have a nice oil/air separator being made to replace the windscreen washer reservoir. Took the Avcr out of the silver skyline and its wiring, hopefully the tuner canake sense of the birds nest, its mostly jap wires for the old radio i think, looks like a bitch of a job.

    The guide says to use 2 tensioners, i used locktight on the bolts so should be fine i hope.

    Yeah, the motiveDVD gtr got 464rwkw on 27psi using 3.5in system and screamer using same turbo.

    Had the exhaust welded up , its not the nicest looking exhaust, was referred to as "the thing" by exhaust shop. Lol.. she fits on car ok

    Getting closer, fmic is on and trying to create this intake pipe to the throttle body, no idea how close it is to the bonnet. The cold air intake is very crap lol, will get it done by a pro once the car is tuned etc. Put the oil and coolant lines on turbo, getting a fabricator to weld elbow on the comp cover . Hope to fire it up in next few weeks ?

    Attempting to make a cold air intake with the spare hole. Did lots of grinding and now just need to cut segments to make the turns and plumbing. I know its rough but i no have $$$ for fabricators ??? Probably make no difference but you know, racecar and all that..

    Finished spot welding exhaust together and decided to put fmic on instead of the return flow thats on there.

    Sounds like a pain, at that point on the dyno it will be disappointing if not making neck braking torque etc... i have my FMIC from other skyline that proved easy results so maybe i'll just put that on and make the hole for it, just extra work to rule out shitty intercooler i guess...

    Maybe flogging a dead horse here, but is this Trust return flow intercooler look any better than the Blitz type, havn't read or seen this exact one on here.
