I just did this whole process on the weekend twice but that was on an r33,
so to add to the above, theres two bolts for each, you want to loosen both of them, so both bolts turn anticlockwise, its the long threaded bolts that help to do the final tensioning by tightening them. the A/C BOLT is under the bottem pully wheel, so have to get under car to see it.
when reasembling it, make sure the timing belt cover is on properly and firmly or else it will rub on the harmonic balancer and sound terrible.
