  4. if a mod views this thread please move it to suspension and braking
  5. www.nismo.com.au have them for $99. they also sell a strut brace with built in master cylinder stopper (what i got) for $165. Remember to mention that you are an SAU member to get your 5% discount I went and got some new bolts (so they were pretty and matched). I took one of my other bolts along that fitted and matched it up to a thread tester which stated that the thread was (metric) 6 x 1.0 mm. The bolts I got were labelled as 6 x 40 mm (ie 40 mm long). edit: 40mm is too long go about 25-30mm
  6. I got a new front strut brace which incorporates a brake master cylinder stopper into its design. Just thought I would post some feedback on the effectiveness of it. As soon as I drove the car I could notice the difference in pedal feel. Instead of feeling a spongy/soft, the pedal is nice and hard. Also prior to fitting this I would get a slight vibration while braking. This is gone. I'm don't believe it alters the effectiveness of the brakes, but IMO is worth it just for the pedal feel. I hope this helps someone ps I don't know the thread of the bolts used to attach it (first question I had when fitting). some bolts I had lying around fitted
  7. 2JZGTE is bulletproof. R34 is a skyline.

  9. Well congratulations, you are my idol. I wish I was as insightful and forward thinking as you Regardless we all agree that the stealth wings look hot. Some got them before others and good for them!

  12. I'm after a front strut brace which has a brake master cylinder stopper on it (nismo one)
  13. Sorry guys. I just updated the original post with the price - $13,000 - which includes a RWC.
  14. Was looking at these at http://perfectrun.com.au/performance%20par...djusterlink.htm and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them? I was wondering if they would be a substitute for getting aftermarket swaybars, or, I could get a non-adjustable aftermarket swaybar and these would give me some adjustability. So just looking for some opinions Thanks guys Greg
  15. this is an R33 so it does not use power steering fluid - it is an electic system. check fuses?
  16. I assume for his price its non turbo? I have the same colour - this is the only other skyline I have ever seen in this unique colour. In the sun it really does look purple, the pictures don't do the colour justice.
  17. by "coils" do you mean coilovers, springs or coil packs?
  18. I'm not sure if you are into the manufacturing of these, but in the future maybe a group by in brake master cylinder stoppers would be a good idea?
  19. you would get owned, i rape my mates sr20de sil all the time. it barely beats excels. athough i think his does need a tune! rev limiter at 7500, peak power at about 6000
  20. my bro in law had this problem is his liberty, turns out it was due to the clutch being made of absbestos from memory. it only happened when cold. it was recalled by subaru and replaced.
