I got a new front strut brace which incorporates a brake master cylinder stopper into its design.
Just thought I would post some feedback on the effectiveness of it.
As soon as I drove the car I could notice the difference in pedal feel. Instead of feeling a spongy/soft, the pedal is nice and hard. Also prior to fitting this I would get a slight vibration while braking. This is gone. I'm don't believe it alters the effectiveness of the brakes, but IMO is worth it just for the pedal feel.
I hope this helps someone
ps I don't know the thread of the bolts used to attach it (first question I had when fitting). some bolts I had lying around fitted
