The sticky thread is a great idea I do have a vested interest here, but you should seriously just buy my non turbo HKS Super Drager system. By the time you pay for the labour required to weld the custom system together and purchase all of the components separately, you won't have much change from $700. Then you don't know if it is even going to flow very well. Sound characteristics are unknown. If you're lucky and all goes your way - you will have a nice exhaust system. Alternatively buy mine and you are guaranteed to be increasing power and torque as much as HKS possibly could - without all the noise and drones so often associated with a custom system. As a final attempt to sell my exhaust to you - I will offer my labour free to install it for you. You drive to my place and drive away with the exhaust system installed. I've done plenty before - it is an easy job

SOLD - check my other items: HKS exhaust, ARC swaybars
-
Fitting extractors saves weight and adds power/torque. Same with a new exhaust system (compared to stock items).

I haven't heard anything about a limit on the tip size. Mate you're going to be hard pressed to find a brand new exhaust specifically for the n/a R33 for 700, likewise for extractors @ 200 - but good luck

Hi mate - enjoying your car? First I'd do: - exhaust & extractors (buy mine ) Then: - suspension: shocks, springs, strut bars, swaybars I found a pod didn't make much difference. You have to clean it quite often and also get a heatshield and cut some metal to get it a decent cold air feed, otherwise you're going backwards.

could be the joins - i've had a similar problem before. Make sure you use new gaskets and gasket goo to get a perfect seal. alternatively, buy my exhaust system
-
Lightened flywheel - no one will ever know. In fact, you could buy my car - completely stock but with a lightened flywheel Seriously - pm me if you are interested.

try www.takakaira.com www.perfectrun.com.au or Greenline (www.greenline.jp i think) cheers
-
Check out the exhaust in my signature. It looks hot like a cannon but is not straight through so you don't get the drone usually associated with a 'cannon'. Cheers
-
it sounds normal to me. if you have extractors you could consider heat wrapping or ceramic coating them

what are the rear toe settings? this has caused me similar dramas many a time. I know you just got it aligned, but some alignment places have no idea or misread what you specified.
