  1. Hi all I bought a CAI setup on my recent trip to Japan and SuperAutoBacs. There is a Billion Super Racing Air Funnel, 75mm, clamps, stickers and everything. The box is unopened, it still has the seal on it. RRP 3150 YEN I also have a Juran Air Duct 75mm diameter 1m wide to go with it. This is also still sealed in its plastic wrapping. This is proper duct piping that is strong and wont rip. RRP 3780 YEN This will be a great setup for a CAI feed from the front bar to your air filter or box, JDM quality. You could also pipe so air to any other part of the engine, brakes, anything really. $70 + postage. Thanks
  2. Anyone have any other ideas? could it be anything other than the sway bar bushes?
  3. Wish I could but sorry these are all I have
  4. Hi all I have some Mine's stickers / decals for sale. They are the running writing version of the logo. 2 in white and 2 in black. $20 each. Postage should be $1.5 each. Note: the one with the black background is not for sale, the picture of the bottom one and ones like it are. They have masking tape on the top of them, so all you need to do is peel the masking tape off (sticker comes off with it), then stick it wherever you want on the car, then pull the masking tape off slowly and hey presto! SIZE: 23cm long, 10cm high.
  5. Hi all My driveway is on a slight upward slant and when i reverse out of it I usually have it on full lock. This means that as I am reversing out, one wheel is on the driveway, and the other on the road. When this happens, I get a creaking sound coming out of the front. Almost like the front bar is flexing and plastic is rubbing up against each other. It could even be the tops of the tein super street coilovers against the chassis? or even my whiteline sway bars getting noisey. I also notice the same sound when i put more than normal pressure on the brakes. So if I step on it harder than normal, it will creak, when i let off the brakes no more sound, get back on it and the creak comes again. I had the teins for probably a good half year, no sound. Then i put on the sway bars a couple months after, and within 2 months i started noticing the sound. Suspension mods at the momment are: - castor kit - front and rear camber kits - front and rear whiteline swaybars - tein super streets Thanks all!! any help is much appreciated as its really annoying
  6. So who has installed these on their R34 GTTs and what are the results for normal day to day driving?
  7. Why not just cut off the hands of thieves while we are at it? geez! haha I understand that there are some complete morons out there and certainly some people dont deserve to be on the roads, but crushing cars might be a little severe. The only thing I am peed off about is the targeting of cars of responsible drivers due to the stupidity of others. Are there any other sorts of schemes that other countries have tried with success? Id be interested to know what other ideas are out there.
  8. Yeap they are in the workshop. Theres a bigger workshop supposedly but they wouldnt let me in to see it =P Crystal indeed, great little store there.
  9. Here was my trip to Omori, one of the many highlights of Japan. Great customer cars, limited stock at the factory though. And also did some shopping in Chiba
  10. That's it! hehe sorry maybe I should have explained it. Explains why I dont have cruise control then hehe I thought it was going to change the way the gas pedal felt. Oh well Thanks
  11. Hi all I have a R34 GTT and noticed something odd while playing around with the accelerator tension / slack. The throttle cable is connected to the springy bit in the middle of the engine just like every other car, however there are 2 possible arrangements you can have. ie. you can re position the part where the throttle cable is attached to that springy circle bit. One is closer towards the middle of the engine than the other Does any body know why there are 2 positions?
  12. I did it on my R34, but not so sure if it works because I dont have an aftermarket boost gauge. Any other way to test?
  13. So how do you know if your current pipe is sucking closed? For what kind of mods would you need to replace the pipe?
  14. I just got back yesterday from a work trip, spent 3 weeks there. Car shops.... Top Racing and Crazy R Racing on Hak Po St in Mongkok, a few streets from Argyle St, about 5 minutes walk from one of the Mongkok MTR exits (exit D if memory serves me correct) Lots of performance goodies, price wise its very comparable to say Nengun. Problem is their english is not top notch so it may be a little hard. Lots of 350z's, WRX's and euro cars. Other than that, check out Lan Kwai Fong near Central MTR (5 minute walk), alot of ex pats around there having a good time. If you're hungry, some nice restaurants in Soho (next to Lan Kwai Fong).
