  1. It's what the compliancers did as part of the rules I think. I think it is because to have all 4 lights light up at the same time is too bright for our road users?
  2. Hi These are 4 door mud guards for a R34 GTT sedan. In factory pearl white. Good condition. $40 In Sydney, please PM me. Thanks
  3. Dammit just saw some pics, looks like they are very different! haha Looks like its going up for sale then.
  4. Does anyone know if the R34 4 door mud guards will fit a 2 door? Just bought a set but they dont seem to fit very well. Strange, I thought the rear bars were the same?
  5. It goes past 16 clicks, but after 16 clicks it doesnt change the damper setting. I confirmed this with Fulcrum, it will just click but it wont get any softer. Tein recommended 345mm all round, and 12 clicks from the hardest (so the 4th softest setting) I've got mine on 345mm all around and 4th softest and front, 6 softest in rear to try and control the springs more.
  6. Just get a Z201 filter from any auto store
  7. Yeah any ideas how to mount a box would be much appreciated. Mine jumps a bit if I am driving on bad roads haah
  8. Are you sure they a 2" gauges? I have several pics of people who did a similar thing and for alot of them, the gauge sticks out, looked like they had to do away with the plastic lens.
  9. WIll the Blitz SBC-ID3 do the same job? Id much prefer that, cheaper than the HKS EVC 4
  10. You're telling me dude! I hope not much damage was done to the tyres, no wonder why the ride was crap. I got back from overseas for 2 months and figured I needed to check pressures and so I did, unbeknown to me the servos automatic tyre pressure thingo was not accurate
  11. What are some EBCs you recommend (one with an accurate boost in psi reading would be good) Blitz SBD-ID3? Profec B? AVCR?
  12. Hi all Looking to buy a Blitz SBC-ID3 boost controller to up the boost to 10psi. I figured Ill need a boost gauge anyways, so $550 for the EBC and its built in digital boost gauge is probably worth it. I hear these are one of the best non spiking controllers. Questions though: 1) will it improve boost response? ie. hitting full boost earlier (currently using factory boost solenoid and control). I read a autospeed article regarding a pneumatic controller that worked really well in holding boost and adjusting for how quickly it comes on. Sounded pretty good, I wonder if EBCs do the same thing 2) will the boost readout of the EBC be accurate? Saves me from spending $200 on a nice gauge plus no defect for having gauges sticking out on the pillar (its where I would mount it if I had one) 3) Will the EBC cater for changes in temperature, pressure, humidity etc? I hear manual controllers dont do too well because of changing environment conditions. Thanks
  13. SK recommends 32/30 Im running 34 front 32 rear, hope that is okay. Just realised I was running 45psi for the past 2 months, dodgy petrol station air compressor!!
  14. Mine is at 13psi with just gull zorst and pod! Strange, maybe I do need another gauge.
  15. He's right that is what Shannons said also. If your aftermarket suspension caused an accident and it is deemed "illegal" then no claim. The air filter was probably a good example. However as with most our mods, they are all power mods, so if you were speeding and had an accident, they could easily say your power mods were the cause.
  16. Sold to me! Let me know when its ready dude. Thanks!
  17. 34 GTR wing I believe
  18. Spring rates are usually the same, its the bump valving that they soften.
  19. I have never had them fade on me with hard street and hill driving. Ultimates are dusty, a black dust though. These are more a light brown dust. Easy to clean, just dusty in comparison to stock pads. I have never tried anything else.
  20. Never done a track day sorry. Got them for like $140 as well, trade price haha. Id sell em if anyone wants to buy, have only done 3000kms on them city driving, great pad, but too dusty for my wheels hehe PM if interested anyone!
  21. Seem like a good pad, but they are heaps dusty! Alot of brown dust!
  22. Thats right, thats why I wanted to know whether the guage was off The only power mods I have are air filter and full exhaust. Nothing else. No way I can be reaching 14psi.
  23. I have a full exhaust and on a cold night it hits the last marker (at 1) Note: I have not upped the boost.
  24. Kudos Motorsports on these forums can help you out. 6 x BKR6EIX for $99 delivered. Dont get the BKR6EIX-11, they are 1.1mm gapped ones. Be careful when you start getting parts off to get to the plugs, dont break the boost sensor that is near the firewall in the middle of the engine bay.
  25. Darn it aye, was hoping I wouldnt need to get a boost gauge I thought they were either all inaccurate past the standard boost levels, or they were pretty much spot on. I believe they are electrical gauges. Alot of the top brands sell electrical ones too, does this mean that they are also relateively inaccurate? Perhaps the boost sensor on the R34's isnt as good quality.
