@ xavier, all you have to do to test that a cat is working/ not hollowed out is to feel wether or not its hotter than the rest of the exhaust, so they can infact test wether you have one

i have a 3 inch high flow sitting about brand new, and decat for mas power but highly illegal, and you dont loose alot of power for the sake of being legal in this case

mine was fine the cat acted as a partial resonator, it was pretty quiet till you put your foot down

i dont thrsh the shit out of it, and the v6 magnas arent a bad car to drive, wouldnt have one, but their not that bad
