hi guys, looking to sell a rb25det. its pulled apart at the moment, i was goin to put a head hasket in it and put it in a vl but looking to put a rb30 in it as it already has all the computer and stuff there for it. clean motor inside, comes with everything except, coil packs, ecu, wiring harness(was modified for vl), rocker covers and coil cover. prefer inspection as i have not had this motor running at all. dont know the history of it but there isreasonably fresh hone marks in the bores and the head is not damaged in any way. has flywheel but no clutch. looking for $1200 contact [email protected] or just post on here, need it gone asap. thanks.

hi guys, just pulled my head of my rb25det and it has a whole bunch of numbers on the pistons and valves that i thought maybe someone on here could decipher for me, hopefully these pics work (first time puting pics on here). http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae61/jb...23032010172.jpg http://i958.photobucket.com/albums/ae61/jb...23032010170.jpg if they dont the numbers on the piston are WT9 at the front of the piston, 21U in the middle and 05 at the back. my valve have the nissan symbol then have 8 underneath it. also, are they standard pistons or something better??? it also looks pretty clean and fresh in there, was pulling it down as when i bought it, it had a blown head gasket. can still see the cross hatching from being bored or honed. im not real sure what this mean but if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated. thanks

hey there, just got the pinout for my rb25det ecu but need a bit of help. this may sounds stupid but.... pin No.10&20 (ignition ground) does this go to wires on the back of my ignition barrel??? pin No.43 (start switch) goes to my starter or ignition barrel??? pin No.45 (ignition switch (also on diagnostic)) ignition barrel as i cant find another signal going to the ecu for ignition power??? pin No.32 (check engine light) back of dash cluster??? pin No.58 (unswitched 12v backup) a constant power to the ecu??? and last pin No.10,20,50,60,107,108,116 (ignition ground),(ignition ground),(ground),(ground),(ground),(ground),(ground) are these all joined at some point and come to a common ground or do they all have to be grounded seperately??? i have a pinout diagram and a wiring diagram but arent really that great at following the wiring diagrams so any help would be muchly appreciated. thanks
