  1. I should have replaced Melbourne with North Melb Suburbs. Of course, the closer to the city you get the better it is. We have properties closer which are still going up in rental price.
  2. I work in Real Estate as a Property Manager so if you need some advice just send me a PM, ill see if I can help. Rentals have dropped in price in Melbourne in the last 2 years and also usually take a little longer to rent out due to so many houses being available, gets worse as you move close to new estates.
  3. Hehe, that'd be me. I hear I'm not driving an Agents car all the time.
  4. I might head down if I can.
  5. There's a few decent pics on http://gripshiftslide.com/2012/07/18/hardtuned-net-show-n-tell/ Looked like a decent meet.

  11. Yeah i just started up cold and the idle was terrible, to the point i thought it would stall. Hopefully it is just the pump rewire.
  12. I am running stock injectors, and I'm not sure about the wiring, when I give the shop a call I'll see what they say. Thanks a lot for the help guys.
  13. Yeah it was done at a shop, ill be trying ot call them tomorrow or on monday.
  14. Hey Guys, I just got a new boost controller, nistune and a walbro fuel pump installed today. Once I warmed the car up and started driving it I have realized that there is a bit of a problem, when I take off the car is jittery? its like the power is cutting in and out, but once I am above 2k - 2.4k rpm the problem is gone. The car is also idling a little lower and a little rougher. If I hold the revs at around 1.5k rpm the revs will slightly fluctuate and even though I am slightly accelerating it will continue to fluctuate revs around 1.5k rpm until i have accelerated enough that it goes up straight to around 2.5 - 3k rpm. Does anyone know what the problem could be? or ever run into this problem? The car was running fine before and has new splitfire coilpacks. Thanks a lot for any help.
  15. I see this guy parked there alot aswell. Nice car
  16. Spotted a Silver GTT on Jika in Heidelberg with a full Bomex kit. You gave me a thumbs up but didnt see till it was too late.
  17. Thanks for all the replies guys, It's abit annoying just because i actually only replaced the coilpacks afew weeks ago. I shoulda gotten the splitfires
  18. Hey guys, I wasnt sure where to ask this so i thought i would post it up here and see if anyone knew what was going on. Lately when i start my car somtimes the traction control light, slip light and engine light will all light up and the car wont be running right. it sounds more rumbly at idle and reving and just doesnt feel right, i turn the car back off and start it up again and it will be fine? Not really sure whats going on. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.
  19. Yeah i do want to try it myself, i just dont have much experience myself, i want to know how much people charge if i cant do it hehe. Just not sure about the oil gauges. And thanks for the link Bluejeans
  20. Hey guys, Anyone know any places in melbourne that install gauges? and approximate prices? Thanks
  21. Hey guys, Just wondering, if a speed camera is parked on the side of the road and its getting dark (not fully dart just yet but dark enough to put you lights on). Would the speed camera flash as you pass it if you are speeding? Thanks for the info.
  22. Hey guys, just looking for some information. I recently bought a Bleed valve and before installing it I would like to get an aftermarket boost gauge in. To my understanding a 60mm gauge fits into the centre gauge cluster, can anyone confirm this for me? Also are you able to replace just one or do you have to replace all 3? From what I can see they are all like once piece. Also I apologise if this is in the wrong section, I wasn’t sure where to post it. Thanks for the info guys.
  23. Grab his mobile number, property managers are usually really busy and alot of the time are also out of the office.
  24. It can take a while, but if you are following it up with the Agent, he should tell you if he has sent it to vcat yet or not. Alo these days alot of owners are also tenants. Being a tenant doesnt mean your scum at all, but there are some really scummy tenants that give tenants a bad name hehe.
