Hi guys I'm after a double din media player for my R34. I'd like a nice touchscreen player. Budget is <$700 for the unit. My only requirements are that it picks up radio, and can control my iphone through the unit itself. It would be nice if it also charges my phone. I wont be doing the install myself either. I've found a few units that look like they meet the criteria. Agreed with the proper fit. Be aware there are different standards for helmets. Most of the helmets sold around here meet Australian standards, made for motorbikes. The better standard is a proper motorsport helmet. For some reason I believe they are illegal for the roads, but they are much stronger. They are tested with 3 or 4 different impact methods, instead of just one, and are also fireproof. The easiest way to tell them apart is motorsport helmets usually have a smaller visor gap.

Damn, I was hoping to be able to sign off my own mods when I graduate... Will building a racecar qualify as prior experience?
