Well i belive mick stanik from subzero motorsports a year or 2 ago had a R32 GTR with a 2 speed powerglide standard innards made something like over 700KW+ at ALL FOUR WHEELS, went and ran it and on the first pass was well on it way to a high 8'sec to very low 9'sec pass and well towards over 150mph but backed it off and jumped on the brakes because he didnt want cut up the car. he ended going a 10.4 and got kicked of the track.

You make yourself sound like one of the ignorant idiots, making stupid comments about not being able to enjoy a T51R on a RB26, a sorted RB26 will rev that T51R to over 11,000 rpm. 2jz's standard bottem end may hold more power but who gives a shit, dont kid yourself you will enevitably have to rebuild it when making that much power ,just like every other motor. I would of liked to see the GTR come out in the good ol USofA just to see all the development that all the big name US workshops would of done with it. The RB26 cant be as bad as you say look at Reece Mcgregor that motor in a simular chassis to the Titan motorsorts Drag cars would have no problem running head to head Reece's car apparently makes more power than those things. Instead of being a ignorant fool put things into perspective.

Mate do your mods to a GTR and you will be well into the 11's in a way heavier car, so your opinion on the 2.5 being just as good is not valid,think about it every one like HKS or reece would build a 2.5 instead of a 2.6, f**k its cheaper but they dont do it because it is a inferior engine. My opinion is stop being a dickhead and hijacking this thread not everything evolves around you or your car.

  15. Hey guys a mate of mine had a bit of a fender bender and is after a R33 GTR front bar (95 please without the nostrils) and drivers side guard. does any one know what he should pay for them ? Thanks:)
  16. Not far off around Tsukuba is good enough because heaps of different cars are separated by poof tenths of a second but on more free flowing track i think itll be very far ahead
  17. The MCR R34 had too much power for the touge stage, The RE RX7 is a fully striped out thing with a basically standard motor. The MCR R34 will totally decimate it around a circuit

RH9 means, Record Holders of 9 sec GTR's with street tyres and trim.RH9 is only for japanese workshop GTR's not the common public GTR's that anyone ownes and goes nines, eg:there is thousands of GTR's around the world going 9's in street trim but arnt included because the car isnt owned by a workshop. So even if it ran a 9 its not really a RH9 Car.

  20. Apparently the Z-tune Made 320kw at all 4 wheels at autosalon good power but not enough for a 10.02

  23. The proto version would run 10,s but the one;s they sold would no way go 10.02. In plenty of best motoring vids the Proto version is way faster/quicker and looks like a 10 sec car but in videos with the street version the car no where near moves, revs or sounds quick enough for a 10, It was struggling to catch a new corvette down tsukuba and didnt catch it not to metion the S205 Sti that was in front of them both.
