pngGodzilla: yeah not many in this colour it is a factory colour it is for LM GTR's . When the car arrived the losers at the dock hit the rear near the tail light on the corner im planning on getting front/ rear bumbers sprayed and at that little hit fixed also the lip. so far most have quoted $800-$1000 for every thing . Also the rear wing is carbon fibre and the clear has peeled off it . When it gets wet it looks normal but when dry it looks yellow/like bird shit all over it does anyone know in sydney that work with cabonfibre that can fix it And a panelshop i can trust to paint it in sydney? quick question im going to get my GTR's lip resprayed it is a LM. the paint code is BT2 but what brand of paint ? Tastyratz:Quote "Thanks for the picture post. very sad news, my condolences to the family. I saw Ch 10 NEWS it was on there. One question that i have is why the hell do the media in accident coverage refer to particullar models when they are performance cars (eg: Skyline GTR, Subaru WRX) but if it was a FALCODORRE they never say a thing about the model ? This stupid news coverage makes all performance car owners look like idiots and a general mentallity of the public thinking that performance car owners are bassically murder's. Everyone take care and think twice before planting that accelerator. The future of performance cars is in each and every ones hands do the right thing for everyone and save it for the track.

Yeah thats what i was thinking about the red wire just had to be sure.:)Is there a wire there already in that slot for the ecu? If so do i connect them together into the ecu? once again thanks alot Michael. Thraso

Thanks heaps michael i guess that pic is the back of the standard GTR comp and shows where to connect the white wire ? I have one red wire but its spliced to make 2? should i get rid of one? (i have attached another pic highlighted) Where should i get power from ? Thanks Thraso

Hey guys my GTR came from japan with a blitz ID Power Meter.This is all good so far but the way it was wired into the car was not to my taste (at least they didnt drill any holes).ok now while i had an alarm fitted i told them to disconnect the ID meter so i can later wire it the way i wanted to, that time has come ok now it has a red wire and an extra red wire spliced into it, one black wire and a white wire which must of been short so it was extended with an orange wire (must of ran out of white) now im guessing the: RED- power (but why is it spliced and now there are 2 red wires)??? BLACK- Earth ??? WHITE/ORANGE- I have no idea ??? Does anyone know what/where the WHITE/ORANGE wire goes. Where should i get power from? Anyone have a diagram for this that they can post. I have attached a pic i took of the whole thing (sorry about quality of pic its from a camera phone. Thankyou Thraso

i got my gtr lm just before xmas. mods- exhaust front mount and 14 psi std computer, oil cooler. i ran 98 in it about 4 times then i changed to opti extreme from the first tank the car immidialtly felt better in drivability and power i have never filled on anything other than opti extreme. since then 25,000km of driving on extreme and couldn't be happier and not a problem whatsoever.....

Out of curiousityWhat would it take to convert a r33 gtr to vspec and at what cost roughly?

EveryDay To work (and back) everywhere my only car at the moment although GTR's and fuel these days dont seem to agree with each other oh well its all part of owning a nice car

get some fast clips for the bottom lip. only takes a min to remove and put back on. Peter at Advan sells them

For your sake i would hope its just the oil cooler. Otherwise your most likely to soon get the most expensive type of headjob edit: open your oil cap and check if there is any creamish/white fluffy buildup.

Ha biggest crap i have ever heard. Teh GTR Block can NEVA crack All serious now, mate there are guys making well over 900 HP and the block hasn't cracked. Oh and if you go to supra forums dont type the word GTR. The Supra Boys seem to get a a bit of bullshititis and upset. Must be because they worked out they bought the wrong car.
