i have read that the vic epa requirments say you can't have all these mods done to your car, (2 intake mods, zorst, ebc, etc.) but in the fine print it says that turbo kits (that include pod's, turbo, gaskets, etc...), that meet ADR are accepted.... do you know of any that are??? (I read about the requirments on this forum, someone post a pic of that looked like a booklet for modifications. )
