  1. Hey guys. Been trying to sell these for a while. Sold my beloved skyline and now these are pointless for my 4x4. I have the plates SKYLIME for sale for $425 ono. Black plate white writing. One slimline and one fullsize in aluminium. Near new condition no scratches. Really just want the money for new plates so price is reflective of that. Negotiable on price. Give me a call on # 0437223595 or email. [email protected]
  2. yeah, this sounds like a bit of fun! if you give us some more detail closer to the time, ill rock up in my lime green R31
  3. hey mate, if they are the same size caps as the Ti rims on a R31 i got 4 of those caps you could have. give me a txt on 0437223595
  4. its a bit out of the way but the Baker Hill pie shop has GREAT pies..... not a bad drive iether if you take all the side roads and old roads to northam. pretty much as long as your heading away from the city the scenery gets better. out near Serpentine dam and waroona? dam (i think thats the one out that way) is a fantastic winding drive.
  5. hello, was wondering if anyone had come across or know of any different radiators that fit an R31 skyline (rb30). any help would be great.
  6. yeah, im thinking minispool might be the go just because their abit stronger and a "bolt in" although i kinda like the 'butchering' option being a farmboy! and yeah i think the predictability would be good. about the traction issue... well im a bit of a drifter at heart and not winning at the moment so i might as well be having the most fun! but also the last event i was on two wheels round some of the bends because of ditches etc, and found myself spinning the inside wheel alot and losing a fair bit of traction because of it.... my question still remains though Know any cheap minispools shops in perth? surely someones got one in perth....
  7. lots of good input.... im leaning toward a welded diff because its cheaper and i live with a boilermaker and work with a few 1st class welders that can TiG sweet so not hard to do it well and cheap and it seems no different to a minispool if you get it right except its not reversible. the way i drive (pretty much drift)i dont think ill get much understeer but if i do, itll be bad. anybody know any cheap places for minispools in perth? thier round $80 from ebay
  8. hey guys stripping a Ti (i think) of most of the interior to build a rally car so make an offer on these parts and theyll be yours cheap or free. if not ill just throw them out. parts available: - Left and right rear door trims -dash mat (nearly brand new) -floor mats x2 -floor carpet (not pictured as im removing soon) -rear Ti seat (sooo comfy) -retractable seat belts from rear seat -towball and tongue -alluminium bullbar to suit pintara or R31 -plastic door step things - ash tray -glove box and a few other bits most are in very good condition but going to throw it all out soon as i do not want/need them from stripped car. make a reseonable offer and it will be yours. also willing to possibly swap for your older bits if you want a certain colour or newer part. i live in armadale (sorry for all those North of the river! but i normally have to come up there) for pics please find the other thread int he for sale WA section
  9. building an R31 rally car and cant decide between: welding the diff - cheapest which is good but wont last the longest and requires more effort. Minispool - heard alot about these and it seems like a good idea but is a little expensive but apparently very strong. probly leaning towards this LSD - the best option as i do motorkhanas and khanacross but these are way too expensive to justify getting one for a $500 car... would love to know al you guys thoughts and experience...
  10. hmm, yeah righto, thanks for those thoughts. guess ill have to go find out exactly what the bits are and do some research. and seeing as im quite sure its an EFI motor and without a aftermarket ECU this might not work. hmm time for more thought. thanks for your help.
  11. hey guys i need your oppinions, i was offered some twin webbers and stage 2 (i think) cam for the RB30 R31 i had. aparently increases HP to 175 mark. anyway he wants $350 is this reasonable?
