Well.. i have been done twice in 3 years of owning my R31. The first time, it was spotted in the vicinity of the dandy drags and my plates were taken down from an UC. I got a letter 3 days later instructing me to take it to the cop shop for inspection. Outcome: major defect. ('tint on number plate' it was dirt... my stereo wire was not insulated enough through firewall & engineers cert was required) Plus a fine for the ex bf who was driving. Second time was from the lovely stonnington police, i was polite.. and i just got a mouthful from the cop who obviously was in a bad mood. Called me a 'smart ass' because i knew what a catch can was.. and if i wasnt 'careful', id get a fine. Major defect that night too.. and a verbal warning to impound my car if he saw it again. I just think its up to the cops to decide if they want to be nice or not.. females do get special treatment, IF they are lucky.

hey, try Vigil Underwriting Agency. Im insured by them, and have been since i was 18 (with a turbo, FMIC, etc) They have been great in the past 2 years i have been with them.

spraying my entire car in the BA Ford Phantom Purple (including door jams engine bay etc) was around $800 for the paint/materials. All the prep was done in the backyard And if i can remember, we sanded the car to the original undercoat (tryed to anyway!) we still had spots of the burgundy paint but we did the best we could, but it was okay because we had to do a undercoat, base coat, then the colour. It turned out schmick. Just get a few quotes from different places.

My car was damaged and he was to blame, and he didnt pay me for 3 months. He was in the wrong and his insurance company made all attempts to not hand over the money, but i got Battley & Co. Solicitors onto them and what happend? they coughed up the mula! Only after a few letters to AAMI and the dude that caused the whole shit..It didnt cost me a cent, it was all through my panel beaters. Theres something about lawyers that just do the trick.. funkymonkey... i totally agree with u there about grooveon, the guys on the forums and the promoters tend to be a lil arrogant! I just use grooveon to keep up with events and news.

Evolution is the place for good rnb/funk on saturday nights.. Its always my first choice for saturday nite clubbin and its always good! get there around 11.. not too packed.. and ull have no trouble gettin in if theres only a couple of u. Its a reasonably young crowd, and a mix of natios and ive only seen one brawl there.. so its not 'rough' for future reference to clubs go to www.grooveon.com.au - they list everything RnB, which nite, and where.. Hope ur gal pal likes it :headspin:
