  1. I know the factory ecu's can be tuned Dr Drift has some info on this but does not have a 4wd dyno. maybe one of these EVO workshops might be interested in a tuning package?
  2. Don't be weak coathanger wire is tuff as. SR20DE power @ the island
  3. If ash is nominated then I might aswell be pres at least my 31 makes it to SAU events

  8. Andrew I will probably meet you except i have to tow my car up so i can't go the speed limit through the twisties
  9. Hey Jack who took those pics? I was wondering if my brakes were glowing on the last few sessions of the night, as it started to get a bit hard to make it into corners hehehe. bigger brakes definatly haver to go one now.
  10. Bad weather but made for interesting driving training as some of the instructors would have found out. Considering it is my first sprint day at calder i had an absolute ball juggline conditions was excellent, I even started to run out of brakes in the last session because we had traction. Could have also been an interesting drift day but as the boss said no drifting , Saying that I think I can get used to "grip driving". On the subject of police attendance I think it was encouraging to have police on site that can see we are competing on the street but also have a chat and not try and heavy handle anyone.
  11. It is 11:52 pm just finished installing bigger front sway bar and put a new radiator in after mine decided to leak badly from the top tank seal. It did a full day @ winton no problem then all of a sudden it died, anway picked up a new one from work and the car trailer and she will be up and running in the morning. Man soo many track virgins and i am one aswell (to circuit sprint that is) hope the weather stays dry
  12. hmm i might just leave the non flame tune instead of running the super dooper flamage tune

  18. so you have been fanging it on the remapped japan ecu? the same one that killed your motor in the first place?
  19. i am in for his 100% is AASA is enough. is there a DB limit for the driver training ? mmm screamer
  20. You have no idea how many silvias and later model skylines have this issue. as for the 31 never had to fix an issue like that. robbin might need to sneak the dwell up on the coil control on the pfc and also replacing the engine loom won't necessarly fix the problem. i think your pfc has issues. just get the std ecu remapped for the moment and sell it
  21. Just you remember you are an old fart and need to get out Why does it not suprise me rattis had something to do with it
  22. Lack of voltage to the coilpack's under highload can cause this aswell especially in cars that have 15yo wiring
  23. i would retract that statement is he certified? if so ahahahahaha anyway only engineers can pass this
