IMO go 18's. 9.5+17 offset is going to stick out of the guards by a fair bit. Rolling/lipping, negative camber and tyre stretch may be needed.

Depends entirely on offsets/width. As a rough guide, 18x9.5 +12 go for around 3k.

Sucks that mother nature decides to screw over such a nice country The import community here in Perth is pretty strong, I'm sure it'd be the same in Sydney Not sure about the NSW forums, but the WA section has a consolidated workshop thread.
