  1. Do some research on Carsales and on the forums and price your car accordingly. 1. Find 2 cars, one you think is worth more than yours and one that you think is worth a bit less. 2. Put up an asking price between what those 2 are selling for. 3. Profit.

  3. I've got 245/40/18 on my 19x9.5 +22 rims. Looks nice with a bit of stretch
  4. Curious as to what the power and torque curves look like compared to my PFC tune on similar mods. Do you have pics of dyno sheet?
  5. Give yourself some headroom and get the 044 IMO.
  6. I'm making a safe 440rwhp @ 18psi with a GT35R on stock R34 GTR internals with supporting mods like an 044, 700cc injectors, pfc etc.
  7. Look like Volk CE28N's...but then again the pic is tiny
  8. I was in the same boat you were when I had my GTT. I made brackets like you and used bonnet pins to hold the bonnet down. I highly recommend genuine Aerocatch ones which you can pick up for just over $100.
  9. I had Impul sides and rear with Eastbear front lip on my 34 GTT
  10. Yeah the old cover has it but it's all crusty and when I try to peel it off it just snaps. I kept the washers that were already on the bolts, and just added an extra rubber washer which was the same thickness as the rubber gasket, which would make it sit exactly as it would normally. I understand this probably isn't the best approach.. so I'll probably head down to my local dealership tomorrow and order a new OEM gasket. Gave 'em a call today and was told I'll have to get one in from Japan. Again, thanks for the input guys
  11. Mine sold to a guy who saw it on Carsales. Worked out well as my Carsales asking price was 1k higher than SAU price
  12. Thanks, that sounds like it. The old cover didn't have any grommets, so I'll pop into Clark Rubber tomorrow morning and grab some. Thanks again for the help boys
  13. Yeah mate, there's a half moon on the CAS and also one inside the cam which come together to form a dowel. I loosened the 3 CAS bolts and moved it around a bit, then hand tightened the bolts with the socket tip which seems to have fixed the problem. But whenever I tighten it with a wrench, even half a turn, it starts pinging again.
  14. It's pinging on idle as soon as I turn the engine on. Didn't sound good so I turned it off straight away.
  15. Thanks for the quick reply. So you reckon use a timing light and adjust the timing until it idles well? Won't it damage my engine running it while its knocking?
  16. Hey guys. I just changed the timing belt cover on my RB26, which requires the removal of the CAS from the front of the engine. After I put it back on and started the car, I can hear knocking from the engine. I don't think I lined the CAS up the exact same as when it came out. Is there a way I can find how I should put it back in? Thanks in advance.
  17. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/35129-im-buying-a-skyline-what-should-i-look-for/ My R34 had rust on the boot just above the brake light. Apparently it's a very common problem. Another one is the coilpacks.
  18. I sold my R34 GTT and bought myself a '94 R32 GTR V-spec II. IMO, go the GTR. The S15 will be too similar to your GTT and you'll slowly fall out of love with it just like you did with your R34 Once you go GTR, there's no way you'll ever look back
  19. Sean at ASG does all my tuning.
  20. The ad on this page above your post is telling me to contact Steve the "Perth guru in Nissan parts" at Northside Nissan, so I'd probably try him if I were you.
  21. This guy made an account just to answer your question
  22. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/191756-consolidated-workshop-business-listing-thread/ IBTL
  23. Yep, that's what it looks like. Cheers!
  24. Does anyone know if my VIN posted above corresponds to that of a V-Spec II? Cheers.
