Took it back in and they aligned it all again and tightened a control arm? Issue is fixed she's running perfect now

Got the HICAS lock bar installed and the car is worse than before, now happening bad at 80k's when going over a bumpy surface, can even do it at 60k's. When my car was parked in my driveway I tried to push the rear from side to side but it had no give, it was solid as a rock. Not sure if it's going to be a rear shock or maybe bushes? It got aligned on Monday, thought they would pick something like that up when they were aligning it? Trying to sell the car so gotta get it fixed ASAP. Anyone have any advice?

As far as I'm aware, I've only had the car for a year now, the previous owner didn't supply it. I have never really looked in the glove box to see the papers haha. The car is at the mechanics at the moment getting front pads done and also fitting a HICAS lock bar. I'll check when I get the car back this arvo. I still have the revs certificate from when I was looking at buying it. On the certificate it states that the car had 70,019K's on it when it was imported back in 06. Not really negotiable as it is already extremely cheap for a R34 GTT manual coupe, Plus I need the money to help pay for my wedding and honeymoon which is in three months. Cheers.

I didn't have any trouble registering mine in QLD even though the previous owner didn't have import papers. Not sure what it's like in VIC. The switch may be a dual stage boost controller, e.g. with the switch up it may be set to 5psi, and with the switch down it may change it to 10psi. So it may just turn the boost up. A turbo timer will allow the car to keep running even if you turn the ignition off with the key so that the turbo can cool down and the oil can circulate through the turbo as it cools down, if you don't have a turbo timer then it's best to keep the car running at idle for a bit before turning it off if the turbo has had a bit of use. Also I suggest reading over the buying a skyline topic in the for sale area, it will give you a heap of hints and tips of what to look for. Hope that helps! Jaylon
