I just want to give a big thanks to Dan at ERD who has recently worked on my R32 GTR. He is a stand-up guy and kept me informed during the whole time the car was in the workshop and explained things to me very thoroughly. He went far beyond what most places would do and provided an excellent and professional service I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

This is probably an ignorante questions but why is the GTR 2012 RRP in U.S $90,000 but here in Australia it is double that?

Calibras aint that bad. I own a turbo model one it is no where near as powerful as my skyline and it handles like a washing machine in comparision. However i do think they are good value for money if you want a reasonable quick 'luxury' car, and imo I really like the look and shape of the car. Pic of my Calibra and Skyline attached

Hi All, I am wanting to mount 3 after market gauges in my r32 and I am try to find a spot that looks good to have them placed. Does anyone have any pictures that they could share? I am thinking either above the air con vents in the centre of the dash or along the side of the steering wheel (upper left above the hazzard light switch) or even above the glove box on the passenger side mounted on an agle facing the drivers seat. For me it sounds like what other people have. It just seems to randomly happen maybe once a week and it typically seemed to happen when cruising on the highway around 100km sitting just under 3000rpm, it feels like a sudden jolt but only happens for half a second and returns to normal.

Can anyone confirm if the earthing wire solution fixed the issue? If so could somone take a pic for me showing me what needs to be done as I have this issue ony my 32 gtr with a power fc.

Today when giving my car a bit of gas the alarm for the boost controller in the cabin went off. I have recently bought the car and dont really know to much about this boost controller but havent had any issues until know. I am pretty sure that it is an overboost alarm which is set to 1.4 bar. When the alarm did go off I checked my boost gauge and it only read 1.2 bar. Any idea what would cause this It did not happen in all gears when going flat out and when I heard it I backed of the gas right away. I drove my car again a bit later and but my foot down in 4th and watched the boost gauge it hit 1.2 bar again and the alarm went off.... The only thing I have done to the car is a but new fuel in the car this morning and 2 I have installed a heat shield for the pods. Not sure if I could have damaged a cable on the air flow sensors or anything else that would cause this. Any help would be appreciated

Yeah i know it is pretty dodgy I have got in contact with the old owner so hopefully he can find the key and send to me. I dont really wont to destroy the lock nuts but it is my last resort.

My wheels are currently attached using volk gtc lock nuts however I dont have the lock key to remove them and I need to get new tyres. Is there anywhere in brisbane area that can sell a replacment lock nut or anyone know of any wheel shop prefferable south side that would have the tool and be able to replace the tyres withouth damaging the lock nuts and wheels?

Hi all, Just picked up my new ride on the weekend from NSW. Still have yet to get it all transferred over here to QLD but thought I would post up some pics and info of it. I just love driving this car the steering is so direct the engine is so responsive it is such a nice car to drive. With the current tune it the power delivery is so smooth and once it hits 5000rpm it really pulls hard. Current Mods from when I purchased the car: Respray in Jet Black with Lilac pearl Led rear lights Tinted windows Sideskirts N1 vents in front bar Volk GTC Wheels New R33 N1 Turbos Apexi Power FC HKS Cam Gear Manifolds Ported Apexi Front pipe to cat Magnaflow cat Lighten fly wheel Heavy duty clutch Blitz dual stage boost controller Blitz turbo timer Alloy Dash Carpet replaced Leather seat covers New floor mats Sparco Pedals Doors sound proofed 6.5' splits + Amp Rear speakers New gear knob and gaitor My plans for future are to upgrade the brakes as they seem a little inadequate, and possibly look at getting some coilovers as well as installing a subwoofer.

I just bought my self a R32 GTR from NSW and need to get a roadworthy certificate and basic service oil and coolant. I know that there are a lot of places that do road worthies but would rather go somewhere where they are familiar with these type of cars and have easy access, (being lowered) in the Brisbane area.

Hi, Looking for some reccomendations on where I can get a small amount of rust (50 cent coin size) repaired, I am wanting it cut out and a new piece of metal welded in and for it to be repainted. I am not to worried about the cost I am just wanting it done properly professionally. Thanks
