Tyres For My M35 Axis Autech
ECR33_RB25DET replied to ECR33_RB25DET's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Any recommendations where to score some KU31's at a good price? -
Hey Guys, Currently I have the NITTO INVO 235 40 18 fitted to the Axis Autech factory rims. It's nearing time to replace the tyres and I am looking at going Kumho 245 50 18 on the Axis rims. Basically the current tyre profile simply makes the wheels look like skateboard wheels, they just don't fill the guards enough and look out of place. It appears I have plenty of space to play with to accommodate 245 50 size tires. Wondering what people are running, especially on their M35 Axis rims. Also recommendations of very highly reputable places to have them fitted, balanced and wheel alignment done. No $hit in the past I've had tyre place leave the wheel nuts hand tightened only, not once, not twice but yes 3 times and across all 4 wheels.

Just Bought A Members Stagea ...
ECR33_RB25DET replied to UnBlunt's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Yep...definitely remember it mate....I believe you are referring to the car in these pics on page 2...URL below http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/404846-vic-cruise-2207-info/page-2?hl=cruise#entry6457287 -
Definitely mate. The CEL light is just one of those FN annoying cosmetic things. Sort of used to it now but in an ideal world I would like it off. Before I do Scott's head in with the CEL light gotta do his head in with service and transition to E85, its time....

Hi fellow Stag owners, Maybe this has been covered, I'm sure it has somewhere, I couldn't find the detailed thread hence posting this one. Sorry if it's a repeat. I need to remove the front Axis seats to replace the seat adjusting modules. How do I remove the plastic trim located on the rear of each seat rail, they sit on the carpet and clip into the rear of the seat rails in a very weird ar$e way that makes them a ball breaker to remove. I can take a chisel and hammer to them but for the original cosmetic I'd like to remove and refit.

Nissan Elgrand - Have You Driven One?
ECR33_RB25DET replied to pixel8r's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
My father in law will be selling his E51 Highway Star Elgrand with 2WD/4WD feature in the coming months, anyone interested?? Great condition, well look after. He's retired so is finishing some projects at home and then time for it to go. -
Awesome news that your pride and joy is back. Get that security system fitted asap mate, all black wiring. If you are feeling keen you can also install a GPS tracking module buried deep under the dash with internal battery backup.

Victorian Stagea Cruise? Are Their Any Planned
ECR33_RB25DET replied to Gdaymate123's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
I reckon give people more notice to digest the thread and hopefully slot it permanently into their calendars. There is so many Stags in Melb but it doesn't seem like we have cruise friendly owners like other states. -
M35 Autech, Parts, Workshops Etc
ECR33_RB25DET replied to Karma_Supra's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Scotty has a very good clean example of an M35 Axis that he is wrecking so you can't go wrong. As for the rest of any Axis Autech parts I have established a good relationship with a wholesaler in Tokyo and so far have been able to source everything you can't source in Aus. All original from Nissan Japan with quick premium freight. -

Yep, also up for one once the heat wave passes... -
I had one in my R33 however made it out of stainless steel and powder coated jet black. Worked an absolute treat.

Personally I think the Axis wheels suit the car perfectly, they just look classy and I don't find a need to change them. May be just me though.

Out of curiosity what profile size tyres you have on it?
