Wanted r32 gtst coilovers cash waitin

so my r32 gtst clutch has had it.. pulled it out now what im asking is the flywheel had a step up in it. how ever the pressure plate an fly wheel both had been biten into a far bit from the clutch plate.. ordered button clutch got flywheel machined an the slight step up is barley there any more as it had to be machine down due to it been eatin into from the clutch plate will having next to no step up will that be a issue? the old clutch still bolts down an holds the clutch plate tight, so the new clutch should bolt down even tighter. i just wanna be 100% before i put it back together an its wrong thanks guys
