When I leave my car parked on my drive way with the engine running a can hear a chirp about once per minuite. I thought it was something to do with the little servo motor on the HICASS. Reading this I now ussume that it is the ATTESA E-TS electric pump on top of the rear diff. So is the chirping normal or is it something to be concerned about. In the 4 or 5 months I have owned the car the 4WD light has come on about half a dozen times. It will happen about a minuite after start up after reversing out of a parking space and sitting for a while before pulling away. The only way to clear the light is to restart the car. it has not done it now for about 2 months so i assume its OK. Should I think about changing the ATF fluid in the pump? How about the NS-ATF in the clutch pack. I read that the Pump only pressurises the clutch pack and the pump fluid does not mix with the clutch fluid. On another note, I tried out the ABS the other day and I noticed that after hard braking the ABS pump makes a wierd noise like a chirping note that lasts a second or two. is that normal?

Steering Wheel airbag on its way from Hawaii. Will have to pay vicroads about $630 if i want to bring her out for the night. Rego ran out last week.

Silver V35 Coupe on FTG Road Scoresby twice yesterday then Silver V35 Coupe on Eastlink last night. Blue V35 Coupe Glen Waverley pulling out near the Ibis about 5:45 this evening.

Car now has Infiniti G37 Engine Cover, Wheel Centre Caps, Drivers Steering Wheel Air Bag on the way and maybe an Infiniti Clock to finish it off. 12 months Rego just been paid and new battery fitted last week. Shame to leave it sitting in the garage but got to keep the K's down. Still no rush to sell but I know some of you are waiting for June 30 to come along. Maybe i'll wait for Infiniti to put a $100K price tag on the G37 and put the price of this up a bit at the end of the year

Ken, Price is $230 and that is cheap. The motors would have to cost 3X that if you ever needed them. PM me if you want to arrange to collect. Am prepared to meet say half way between my house and yours.

I have the airbag, engine cover, wheel centre caps and front grille (coupe) if anyone is interested. Also Nissan and Skyline Trunk emblems (will need re-tapeing)

Mate, I'm in Melbourne. Long way to WA but happy to freight wrapped on a pallet if you want to pay freight. I had another guy interested who wanted it so he could keep driving his car whilst he had all the seats recovered but he was in NSW and the freight put him off i think.

Bump, What are these worth guys? $45? I saw the same on Yahoo, landed cost through import monster close to $90.

Spotted a Volvo 262C Bertone Coupe today on the Nepean Hwy. Never seen one of those before. Why would you make a 2 tonne 2 door Volvo. He so wanted to be a Stagea driver.

Damn, was going to make it to the next meeting. Still have the V for sale and it hasn't been out of the garage since I got the Stagea. Missing it and was hoping to give it a good run out on Friday night. Im going overseas the following week but maybe make the next one if i can keep the car buyers away a bit longer

Far out, I bet that is exactly the problem I had with my car when I purchased it. Someone had cut the pink / blue wire on my auto transmission ecu and put a switch in. Caused havoc with the trans going into limp mode a few times a day. Geuss they were trying to do something with the throttle and brake response. Well all i can say is, I'm glad i found the fault and I wish people would leave stuff alone if they dont know what they are doing.
