hey Jetdat - can you put me down for another order? I'm selling my current order so that I can change my colour choice.

I've placed my order and now I', realising that these colours aren't really going to match my car. I know, stupid mistake, but hey, you learn that way. I've paid a total of $630 for these, but I am willing to let them go for $550 ono. These retail outside of the group buy for well over $1000 so these are a bit of a bargain. Here are some pics of the kit I ordered (except the hand brake boot and gear stick are black, not white). They look fantastic, but I just don't think they will suit my car (Its silver) Please tell me if you thin they will though! ok, once these are paid for, you will recieve them within a week, as the supplier is holding them until we get 20 people in the group buy. We currently have 19, and once someone takes these, I am going ot order another set and make it 20. These are ALREADY MADE sitting in the shop (Ultimate) waiting for our 20th buyer to purchase a set. guys, its obvious that people are going to take willowbank over mackay. I posted this here because there are some mackay lurkers that don't browse any other mackay boards. So please keep your citisim to yourselves. Just for the info, Mackay apparently has the 3rd best track in Australia. So for anyone that IS in mackay around that time (Eg Col) come down to the track for a look, its going to be quite a big day.

Hey all Cruisingmackay.com is holding its own drag day at Palmyra Dragstrip on Saturday 16th June. Now it’s not just about the races – we’ve got a Show n Shine and Swap meet, and are currently, we’re negotiating for the use of some audio equipment for a Soundoff. So the whole day is going to be loads of car enthusiast fun. This is a private hire of the dragstrip, totally funded by CM and we’re offering only 80 racing spots available for purchase of $70 each. Normally, racing at TnT at Palmyra costs only $30…so why is this costing more? Here’s the answer - you get yourself and one other free entry for the whole day. Racing time is from 3pm to 8pm at night – that’s 5 hours! The track is going to be fully prepped including track compound, which is not normally done. It’s fully ANDRA sanctioned and insured by Palmyra’s insurance. Each drag racer is also going to get a “drag bag” full of lots of goodies from our sponsors and a CM Drag Day 2007 shirt. hey mate, I got a set of GTR rods and pistons and they looks exactly like that. So I'm pretty sure you are safe.

maybe get the injector flowed and tested? Since you already have the knowledge on taking them out, them simply remove it, clipseal bag it, and take it to someone that has an injector flushing and flow tester.

dea fuel pump? Sounds like your car is leaning and dropping fuel pressure? Go easy mate, you could kill her if thats the case. White usually means lean...

yes, but our friend is running a highflow, not a stock turbo. 16psi should be enough to run 240rwkw...

I had another version of a GT30r, and it made 240rwkw. I was able to run 12's with that. You're going to need Semi Slicks though. With 240rwkw, a 1.6 launch, and decent driving, you'll run the low to mid 12's.

after a year of 18psi, 20spi, and a few squirts of 24psi, mine hasn't gone yet.

I run a Garrett GT3037 56t, .63 rear. This thing pumps out some serious power, but is also a tiny bit laggy stopping the motor coping a hard hit everytime the power comes on. I also cheat.........Water methanol Injection.. That cools the combustion temperatures by heaps, and prevents a lot of detonation. At one stage I did a few runs at 24psi and it just kept on pulling. Absolutely no detonation, and the AFR's were spot on.

the two posts above mine are right on the money. Do you really think that a BOV, crap iridium spark plugs, pod filter, colpacks and a fuel pump is going to actually increase power? I think you need to learn more about cars before you start assuming that ANYTHING you bolt on will make it faster.... Did you expect a power increase out of your mags too?

yess its been done a few times before. Needs specific configuration though.
