  1. Yeah you're probably right. Maybe I need to see that manifold in the sun then. Looks bloody great none the less.
  2. Looks really nice. Shame you didn't get that intake manifold "carbon dipped". That new printing technique would have worked well for you
  3. Hey mate, if you have Facebook, there is a friendly bunch of JDM people that hang out some nights. https://www.facebook.com/groups/272895909427010/ They organize meets every week. Come down and say hello if you want
  4. Don't run it.... I am a tuner and this is just a stupid idea. Risk one weekend for engine failure?? Get an ECU and get it tuned properly.
  5. lol mine still runs..
  6. don't even try. You want that compression you are going to need new pistons. With 20thou from the block and head I managed 8.45:1 (Up from 8.3). If you grind the head back too much, you are going to ruin the shape of the combustion chamber, and there will be very little meat left for the exhaust studs.
  7. Have a look in my sig mate. I used it with my 3076 on my rb25. (0.63 rear housing) Ran 12.9:1 AFRs and huge timing at 22psi. End result was 320rwkw and 800nm or torque that held to the limiter from 3k. Was an animal.
  8. All of you guys saying that your batteries are a perfect fit... Can you please list the exact model?? There is very little available! I want to avoid changing my terminals
  9. Can buy a mac valve for these to make them control the boost for about $50 intercpt. This is a good price for a vipec in a case
  10. We're all bloody bastards because we know that he's a scammer and winds 100,000+ off odometers and sells them to people in Australia? f**king wanker...
  11. Just got all of my paperwork back from Japanese odometer check, very happy indeed. Nice low genuine kms on my Vspec 2, thank you very much. Thanks for your help mate
  12. Don't really need the covers anyway. What sort of money are you chasing?
  13. Did you use turbo or NA pistons mate?
  14. Hi Everyone I am chasing a set of R34 GTR stock tail lights. Apparently the R34 GTR and GT-T are different - The cover AND the light assembly. I would prefer if they came off a GTR. Thanks
  15. I'm pretty sure that water absorbs more heat than methanol. Someone needs to break down what each substance does - ie what the water does and what the methanol does.
  16. What is the clutch like? Is it streetable or pretty much just on/off? Any idea on who rebuilds these particular clutches? Jim Berry perhaps?
  17. Just finished dealing with iron chef, he was great.
  18. Name rings a bell, know their real life name?
  19. Hey mate, seems like you have most of the bases covered. Usually the best way to test for leaks is to pressurise the intake. If you are handy with a welder, weld a compressor fitting onto a piece of pipe with a tap, and weld the end shut. Them simply remove your AFM and clamp it there and slowly crank the pressure up to 30psi. It is by far the only accurate way to find leaks.
  20. Hey mate, welcome. If you need any information, most people following this thread are very knowledgeable.
  21. Here you go Ben, Try this https://www.facebook.com/Nissan200sxGTR Awesome build by a kid that's for sure. Does most of his own work
  22. Please Please Please get a billet block for the time attack car! That will give you better weight distribution. I'd love to see a R32 GTR with such little weight. Ben, have you followed that facebook build with the 180SX and GTR drivetrain? He's a school kid in europe building it all himself. Kid is a little weapon thats for sure. I've been wanting to build one for a looooong time. As soon as a cheap R32 GTR pops up I will be grabbing it.
  23. Looking forward to seeing this
  24. Hey mate, what version of Fast are you using?
  25. Hey, can anyone tell me what the Interior Colour code "G" is? For the BNR34 - does it mean the colour was grey?
