  1. well, I have a Garrett GT30 with a 4 inch intake, through a 90mm AFM to a big motherf**ker assed pod. Anyone want to hear it spool? Also, takes about 30 seconds to nearly a minute to completely spin down with that metalic noise after the engine has been turned off.
  2. I've got one of these "botched" into my R33 series II. They definately do not fit the SII's.

  12. mine did the same thing. Its the rich as hell ECU maps. I installed and tuned a powerfc and the problem went away

  18. thanks for the replies guys. Does this mean my lag time of 0.40ms is shithouse, and should be 0.13ms (0.71- 0.58)?

  20. well, I noticed on cruise, boost, off boost, everything, my car is pouring black smoke. Even with the AFR's running at 15.7:1. I'm going to assume the injector setup by my "mate" of a wanker tuner is set up incorrectly... (this guy really was a waste of money..) I have just had a look at the Datalogit Settings, and it says that my injector size adjust is 77.0, and my lag time is 0.40. Now, the datalogit says that to work it out: Old Size Divided by the new size = Difference. 370cc / 555cc = 66.7% (the tuner has entered 77.0%...wtf?) old lag time minus new lag time = final lag time.. The tuner has entered 0.40ms.. I want to see if this is stuffed up too.. I don't know the standard lag time for R33 injectors, can anyone help me?

  22. Well, I'm going to do all of that, but the turbine is a Standard Skyline Turbo Turbine ground out to fit the GT30. Do you think that could be too small? I'd adjust those AFR's down low, you'll be suprised how much of a difference it will make. As for the power, it doesn't die, it just stops making power after 6000rpm. I'm going to drop that cat at some stage this week and see what the hell is going on. Might be blocked.
  23. THe car pings its ass off otherwise. Mind you, my CAS is advanced quite a bit, so this 10 degrees plus base timing would equal a fairly high figure
