but to put it bluntly, most are old, f**ked, and have had a hard life. You can't expect them to last long, after being 15 years old or more. Get a mechanic to check it out.

Guys, can you let me know the model of your car and I will work out what version of datalogit you will need. Oh, and make sure you let me know what version of powerfc you are running. Its shows it as you first turn on the ignition.

apparently it logs just about everything, hence being called "datalogit" lol. Come on guys, we need a few more and I can place an order and get my car tuned!!! If no-one registers anymore interest soon, I am thinking about shelling out the full price..

I have an intercooler, full exhaust, and full intake. For a series II though..

and I am sure they also told you that 12psi or more, and the ecu goes onto the rich and retard maps? Dropping off about 30rwkw - 40rwkw, making your car surge like a bitch. 10psi is the best performing, until you get a better ecu.

just plug the solenoid in as it would be stock and the link will controll it. Nice little system. My mate uses it and he says the boost control is awesome.

ok, those guys responded with this - Thank you for your email regarding FC Datalogit. BMS can offer FC Datalogit for the discounted price of $450 including serial cable connect for up to 10 units, or $425 for between 11-15 units. For these units, BMS will ship to you free of charge. FC Datalogit is currently out of stock, we will be restocked within three weeks. so thats no frieght! We need 11 guys. Keep registering your interest!

When we have a confirmed 10 or 15, I'm gonna need the money up front, and I am gonig to need to pay him to get in the order. Could take up to 3 weeks. If everyone is cool with this, let me know. There are quite a few forum members here that know me well, and will let you know that I am reliable and not out to get anyone. I just want my datalogit! lol. Would it be a good idea for me to gt him to ship them to separate addresses, or get them all shipped to me and then distribute them from there? Dunno how he'd want to do that. I guess if I shipped them it would be extra freight. So probably not a good idea. I'd just give him 10 or 15 addresses. Has anyone gotten a quote off the New Zealand site to see if they are cheaper? I trie to email them but they never responded. Let me know any more thoughts of suggestions. I am new to group buys.

well, the guy got back to me and he said that he'll do 10% discount on 10 units, and 15% discount on 15 units.. so yeah, I can't see many people ordering anyway. Still wondering if I should get one.

see? The power FC is not to be laughed at... its not a bad little unit at all. Oh and the guys wanting to use a datalogit on a few different types of cars - you can't. Just like the hand controller, you need a specific version for a specific power fc. sorry.

can anyone say "BOOST CUT" lol Engine does the richen and retard strategy at 12psi or above. wind your boost back to 10 or 11, or get a full replacement ECU, and you'll be laughing.

got a rough tune from my mate that has a sniffer. He sat as a passenger, grabbed the hand controller and went to work. Very intelligent guy. Got it back to around 200rwkw with 7psi of boost. Need those injectors for a worth while tune!
