  1. Yeap, it turns off when you push the throttle, and turns back on when the throttle is stready. THey need to be turned off when tuning, as they try and tune over the top of you.
  2. are they forged pistons? Don't forgies usually slap a bit when they are cold?
  3. lol yeah, lost count of the amount I've done. 99% of the AFR plots you can put a ruler up against, and was happy to help Guiltoy get started on it too. He's become quite good at it. But sorry, I'm not that good of a tuner to make stock injectors run 300rwkw...Well safely anyway, haha
  4. do you need to pay extra for the tuning software, or is that part of the ECU purchase?
  5. I'm running 22psi on a stock engine, still going strong ran 18psi without the water meth kit though. All you need to worry about is, if its pinging or running lean.
  6. rofl - poofter mating call I dunno, is your return line blocked? Do you still have the rubber intake pipe?
  7. lol, I'm a tuner and I'm just a kid typing at a computer. 400rwhp from factory injectors? What a joke. I'm running 420rwhp, and my 555cc injectors are at 85% duty cycle. Love to see what factory injectors would be at. 150%? more?
  8. holy f**k mate, people here are 10x more experienced than this tuner. Are you listening? Sack the tuner, and get another. If you don't, you will have no power, a shit tune, and eventually a dead engine. And if you rebuild your engine, you are going to need injectors anyway. I'm a tuner - I have a Stock RB25 and Garret 3037 pushing 314rwkw. SACK YOUR TUNER, and stop defending him. He's a liar and a cheat. I've dealt with plenty just like him. oh and 370cc injectors are only good for a max of 230rwkw. Anything more, they'll leak, f**k up, and you'll blow your engine. If you can't understand any more of this 2 page thread, delete your account and go sign up to www.nissansilvia.com and tell them all about your problem. Please read this post 5 times over so you understand.
  9. I can vouch for this - The undamaged parts are in pristine condition. I've seen the car in the metal. Oh, and the seller is very trustworthy.
  10. You should put that end into the stock blow off valve. How much extra horsepower do you think you'll get with this device?
  11. and I bet the powerfc is tuned for full power only, and none of the cruise, low or medium load have been touched. Thats what tuners do these days, on the dyno, do the full power curve, and then charge some poor prick $800.
  12. One other thing - Is this powerFC tuned? If not, I don't know why people bother installing PowerFc's and not tune them? To me thats a waste of money. Its like buying a TV and listening to a radio station through it, and not actually watching it? Also, running an untuned Powerfc is dangerous, they have massive timing and heaps of fuel. Not exactly safe.
  13. I had the same problem, but mine was stuck halfway open. Would take forever to warm up, and then when sitting and idling in summer, the car would hit 110 degrees. Changed it and now its on 83 degrees and won't move from there.
  14. stick with a plumb back. If you are running a big turbo and lots of boost, put a GTR one on.
  15. sounds like your just in it for attention?
  16. how about you just not be a wanker and bolt the stocker back on? Let me guess, you bought a turbo car just so you could install a BOV?
  17. I suggest you get a professional to do it - judging by your post, you don't really have a clue how these systems work, and will most likely damage your engine.
  18. its even worse when retards fit brighter bulbs into them. Why the f**k would you do that? They are meant to be low power to penetrate fog. Thumbs up to the police handing out tickets to the morons that drive around with them on. Some retards here even just put their parkers on, and use their fog lights as main lights.
  19. I use a Q45. BUt you should give us more info on your setup.
  20. lol, shouldn't you be at www.ls1.com.au? Or are they too bogan stupid over there to help you?
  21. I have never filled my overflow, ever. I just make sure the radiator is full. Being a little low won't worry anything.
  22. depends where? Full load is 12:1 or below to be safe, cruise or light load, 14.7:1. Post up the dyno graph.
