  3. hey guys i have found a GTR bonnet and was wondering if they fit onto a GTST? I have a Series 1 R33 4 door are they the same size etc do they fit or do you need to muck around to get them on? Thanks Ryan
  4. did you look at all the piping cooler etc? my freind had a problem with his for 3 weeks before finding a pin hole in the intercooler. try changing the fuel filter as well my turbo pulsar wouldnt run and idle and it was a blocked fuel filter but it still primed etc
  5. i have heard that rebuilt shocks with different valving cant remember what the specs of the valving are and stock springs. this is what my freind used on his car to attain a 11.9 on street tyres in a gemmi FJ20 with a whole lot a wheel spin. went he went back down with the slicks on the hilux diff let go under launch
  6. i have the blade ajustible ones 24mm front BNF24Z 20mm rear BNR20Z both are blade ajust set on medium front and rear feel amazing i think that they are perfect for a street car that goes to the track, i went drifting and the stability was so much better and far better than stock, i cant wait to get my coilovers in to see how much better it is after they are in!!
  7. check all hoses/ lines for boost leak and vac lines mine played up not as bad but it was a split vac line, then mabe have a look at your coilpacks next

  11. +2 have whiteline front and rear ajustible in my R33 4 door very happy makes the car feel so much more stable!!!
  12. you can use an R33 GTR strut brace you just have to put the bolt holes through the strut tower as they dont come with them from factory same place as the S2 R33's have them bolt on thats what i have bought to put on my 4 door either way will add another point to the towers so will see if it makes a difference when i put mine on i am sure that it will help
  13. didnt he say in a pervious post he has a 3" cat back??? anyway turn the boost down that will help the flat spot i have turbo back and pod and anything above 9psi and will go into R&R which is what Nismoid is saying to look up

  15. not a fan of there cat converters i know they bearly pass through EPA if you have to go and on newer cars they wont pass.... my freind works for the RTA and his recommendation is Magna flow, catco and metal cat anything else is ok on older cars but just wont pass on the newer cars. other than that my freind has a catback on his S14 and another on a 180sx and about 4 years still going no problems so far

  17. i make 188.5RWKW 3" exhaust turbo back pod 9psi everything else is stock so if you go with a full exhaust 3" good rear muffler oval as said before will quiet it down heaps and air filter upgrade you should be pretty close to your goal and be well under 1k
  18. it wouldnt be running 13.5psi with everything stock??? i dont think they are that accurate my reads seven but i am only running 9psi, been on the dyno so i know its 9 psi... or 9.26psi till 4000rpm to be exact. on the exhaust side i have a 3" dump decat and 3" trust silent power and i think its super quiet cant even hear it when cruzing so you dont have to have a loud exhaust to make power, i think you should get a full exhaust system before trying to wind up the boost the gain will by far be better then winding up the boost and as mentioned before a K&N pannel filter will give you better gains all over the RPM range then winding up the boost!
  19. i reckon its an S13 the rear quater section looks like an S13 and looks like its 4 stud and if you look carfully to the fire fighter on the left i reckon its an S13 front side indicator
  20. my sil played up like this for ages before i worked out what was going on, i put new terminals on new earth leads (thicker) and got the alternator rebuild it was something to do with the reg, then the car was so much better to drive smooth and even felt like it had more power!
