The r34 drain plug is a biatch to get to (the one sudwidji asked about)as its behind the exhaust side of the block and its easy to round off the plug as it is short and hugs the block
The 25det has 9:1 CR
That is not low compression by any means and whilst (obviously) slower than being turbo charged it WILL be fine until optimusgrime can bolt the turbo gear back on it
This is not 1986 when turbo sohc rb had 7:8 to 1 CR
yes you could flush it without the radiator but you risk localised hot spots in the head as i doubt you could get the water into the head and get it to stay there
Make sure you flush the cooling system with the old radiator in place as you dont want to stir up sediment in the block and end up blocking the tubes on the new radiator
Id rather purchase a genuine product from a reputable trader that offers a good long local warranty than some fly by night ebay scammer selling fake OEMs.
Anyone on here had to make a warranty claim on these coils with performance wise? How was the experience?
You are obviously speaking from experience with the ebay oem coils?
I had the same problem on my gtst starter motor
I installed a relay going to the sm
No problem since then
As for the starter not returning - that will be the sm itself
If its running rich then unburnt petrol will be diluting your oil big time, that will promote engine wear /glaze the bores so you might want to sort that out too
+ 1 on the reply above, but thought there was a bit of a downtown in the mining sector (?) The company I work for has a labor hire division with a glut of ex mine site guys who have been retrenched from some of the big players like rio tinto
Nah, the only holden thing on it is the badge
All isuzu running gear, cant adjust the timing on
tthe bastard , its only the 3.5 litre that does it, the
3.2 litre doesnt do it
Not necessarily so, my (work) holden rodeo ute pings badly in the upper rpm when i floor it and it has 230, 000 ks on it, has been doing it since I first started driving it at 70, 000ks
