  12. ^^ definatly agree with the above . . im sure there are plenty of customers that get it wrong~ same as a reputable workshop here in perth that quoted me $10,000 to make engine / transmission mounts (i supplied halfcut) so i could fit a y31 engine into my y30 . . needless to say they didnt get the job
  13. im more than happy to pay for good service and pay for good labour but a 200% to 300% mark up on parts they have supplied is the reason why people go to the effort of supplying their own parts!
  14. fair enough, i got all the seals i needed for my gtst injectors for $60 so not too expensive
  15. go to your local auto parts store and ask them?
  16. unlikely you will find an off the shelf item a fabricator should be able to make one out of aluminium

  19. if you cant find the afm then the chances of you fixing the car yourself are limited at best suggest employing a qualified mechanic to sort the car out for you?

  22. ^^dont mean to constantly contradict you but the vg30dets and vq30dets are common in japan and are available from importers as these motors were in production from (at least) 1987 Y31 thru to 2004 Y34 therefore a plentiful source of engines/turbos /halfcuts etc
  23. the rb25de neo has smaller intake ports on it so youd have to use the the de intake /de head also the cas is different to r33 injector plugs are different so a far from drop in motor
