    you might have poured a lot of time and effort in porting etc but your safest option would be to get another head and go from there

    sounds like the coilpacks were arcing? you should be able to get ends from a dead set of coil packs that nobody wants anymore

    reporting it wont stop ppl street racing , besides im sure the cops wont take a report over the phone so it means taking yourself down to the local cop shop, parking your import outside the door (!)and wasting your time inside

    dont quote me on this but you MAY be able to use a pod filter IF its fully enclosed,maybe someone in NSW can clarify this?

    There is original R32 aircleaner boxes for sale all the time on SAU and ebay real cheap. . . .and just to mess with you laws vary from state to state , for example you can have a pod filter here in western australia as long as its secured

    Skylines dont have BOVs from the factory as such, its known as a recurculation valve and the only way to be 100% legal, refit the factory valve and betcha you will notice no change in performance

    The turbo CAN be mounted underneath the car where the muffler usually sits, lots of mucking around with plumbing tho. . . google STS turbo

    Howdy, i have some rather large dents in the chassis rails of my 32 (car was too low)what would you suggest to get the dents out at home?

    Suggest you put the GTR I.C back on the shelf and put a return flow FMIC on your car using the existing holes from your SMIC

    put everything you are not happy about in writing , send it to the panel beater- keep a copy of it for yourself, see what he says after that . . . keep in mind there are very few good panel beaters out there and perform poor work at best. also it SOUNDS like the plastic window supports are broken

    anything can be made to fit anywhere (within reason)buy the ebay 34 instruments and maybe you can compare the two instrument cluster mounts and see if it fits

    suggest you get a cheap ass non turbo car(or low powered turbo car) till you get off your p plates, what you are contemplating can be done but its going to cost you and potentially mess up a nice GTR

    i always flash, if the coppers were serious about speed cameras reducing the road toll then surely the yearly tally wouldve of dropped by now

    R32 drivers side door hinges available from DVG parts in Bassendean phone 6278 9944 (ask for Peter)both top and bottom for $55! must be a common replacement part as more are arriving in September, part numbers different

    Yep, i agree with iplen, take your VIN to your nissan dealer when ordering parts as it makes his job so much easier and some of the more common stuff that ive ordered is already in the country (usually Melbourne) have found heaps for both my 32 and 34 but stuff for my (locally delivered) 31 is hard to get as they are getting too old now

    hell yeah and OEM too! well found too Scott!. . . will give me mate a call at dvg parts and make the comparison , hopefully he will have a listing for the bottom hinge as well

    Hi guys, there is a lot of slop in my 32s drivers side door hinges, is there anywhere in Perth that i can get them reconditioned? thanks in advance
