  1. Sounds terrible! i mite be stating the obvious but have you checked the PS fluid level?by the way that is groaning it sounds like its low otherwise your pump is borked (worn)
  2. Standard one is fine and flows heaps, save ya bucks and keep it
  3. your cat maybe borked from having so much unburnt fuel going thru it, suggest you get a new cat and zorst at the same time
  4. there is a product called RAIN X that when applied to your rear windscreen will cause rain water to bead and run off, suggest you get a bottle of that until you get the rear wiper arm back on
  5. there is a lot of usefullinfo on the above but cant seem to find out wether my 32 has a VLSD or just a LSD (?)

  8. hi ive been told that the 5 speed auto came in the non turbo 32s and as the trans housingis the same size as the 4 speed the internals are smaller(read weaker) so that the whole lot would fit in
  9. dont waste your $$$ going to a workshop.any good auto electrician can fit/refit a turbo timer
  10. hi, looking at putting a factory stock radio back into my 1990 R32 GTS-t type M, just picked up a gts-t radio off ebay and seems to be a different (2 pin) plug on my cars wiring but only a small opening (single pin size) on the back of the radio , have i gotten the right radio? is the radio for a type M different to the gts-t? i seem to have a lot of extra wiring back there!any advice appreciated please

  12. all the extra writing could mean anything depending on the OEM, the z145a is the right one for your 30E, there is a bigger oil filter that can be used (suits earlier L series nissans)but cant remember the part # ATM
  13. Hi, looking at changing my diff oil(dunno when it was last done)but unsure exactly what diff i have?ive heard there is two kind of diffs, one an lsd and the other a viscous lsd, how do i know which is mine?its a factory RB20DET auto if that helps at all

  16. Hi, was working in carnarvon this week and saw a nice 34 going for cruise with a heavily modded 300zx on sunday, the 300 had ferrari badges and tailights/custom plates and sounded far from stock, anybody here know anything bout this car?
  17. +1 on the compression test, your engine could be borked and the turbo might be fine, check this first before you spend the $
  18. the yellow sensor has been superseded, nissan now give you a blue one if your chasing a new one, been told it suits a few different nissan motors
  19. i would say no, there is no difference tween the two,the manual crank will have a spigot bush

  22. sounds like a pristine car so please leave it as it is, body kits are all about personal choice (choose carefully) which may affect resale value down the track
  23. rip out your old core plugs,give the water jackets a good blast with a high pressure cleaner and bung in some new core plugs while you have the motor out
  24. Ditch the old water pump, does the "new" 25 come with a waranty? if so then that is a reasonable price
  25. depends on condition of your box, could be munted inside and it might be okay, a rebuilder cant give you an accurate quote till he has opened the box
