Apart from the gasket and rubber grommets should i replace anything else since its apart just want to do it once. Also should i goo the whole cover with the gasket or certain section only. Whats the torque setting for the bolts?
Cheers
Planning to reseal my rocker covers in the next few weeks. Was looking into something like this http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nissan-240SX-SR20DET-Stainless-Valve-Cover-Bolt-Kit-/380347803159?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item588e7ee617 but for an rb engine. Anyone know where i can get one from? Also is it worth while? as i always have the tendancy to rounding the top of the phillip screw. Any other suggestion?
Maybe someone can give me an better view of this but all the intercooler kit ive seen so far comes with this alluminium piping which seem very shiny but they look pretty weak as if i can just snap it in half. If we were to look at the nissan factory piping they seem alot stronger. Would the kit piping be up to the task tho.
Wonder if anyone try putting one of those intercooler onto skyline. They look pretty decent possibly can push over 250 with one of them. Any idea on how much it would cost to fabricate some stainless steel pipe to make it work on a r32?
Saw this on ebay doesnt look standard..maybe i could be wrong...any idea?
