i was at Marion yeseterday earlyish - there was a 34 with a smashed drivers window and cops inspecting it / finger printing it. Another bulk spate of turbo thefts is happening. As if the cops cant figure out WHO was just recently released from lock up and put 2 and 2 together.

I picked up (off gumtree) yesterday a Yamaha YST-SW800 (Downward Firing) for $100. Is this as good a bargain as I think it is??? In perfect nick (even for being over 10 years old), plugged it in and works fine. I think i'll probably relocate it from the rear of the room (behind the couch) to the front right hand side, per the advice from the user manual (i downloaded).

so the mainstream options for PS3 direct out headphones/sets - dont exist? Are these turtle beach surround setups useless? I'm not running a PC, dont actually have a PC anymore.

I'm also thinking about a good quality surround headphone - wired or not isn't really an issue (wireless bonus). Microphone dont care about. Quality Surround sound from the ps3 (gaming and movies) is the prime requirement.
