  1. I hate the rear bar from the aus spec R32, twin hotplate brakes FTW!
  2. Items: Justin Timberlake Gold Tickets (either General Adminsion or the Lounge tickets) x 2 to 4 Extra Info: Want to guarantee tickets instead of waiting on ebay atm which is iffy. Contact Details: Contact me via PM please! Price and price conditions: Something that is less than ebay if possible, but negotiable
  3. Just realised the slots won't work with an R32 rear bar...they're reverse lights!
  4. I've heard that some imports have slots cut out of the rear bar so that you don't need to cut/bend the plates to fit, wonder how hard it would be to do. I know my bar is plastic so at least it'd be easy to cut. Anyone out there have slots? If so, how was it done?
  5. I'd say that is an insult to real Knobs!
  6. Funny about the defect for cut or bent plates... mmmm looks like Hammertime!
  7. How does everyone mount their rear plates? I just got my replacement plates and only just noticed that my rears have the sides bent to fit. No idea how I'm gonna get the new plates to bend like it is currently and I've heard cutting them are a no-no as well... Ideas?
  8. I have a list that I'm working down as well....6 years and counting, the list seems to be growing!
  9. Catco 3inch metal cat, $450 fitted from Exhaust Techniques.
  10. Couldn't get extended lunch... High Flow Cat fitted > lunch with you guys!
  11. Is it only engine? I know clutch/gearbox is different and no idea if they bolt together directly.
  12. Haha, umm, I'm getting my high flow cat fitted during lunch today...Fishpaste! /passes ball Trying to reschedule time and get some time off! I've resigned so trying to milk my last few days for benefits
  13. What is with the low agreed values on the cars, even with modifications added on? I just got quoted $15000 for my GTR. You can't even get one imported for that much!
  14. Funny thing I've noticed with my car is that worse case scenario when I drive like my foot is attached to the floor isn't that much worse than when I drive like a granny. Conclusion: My foot stays planted now.
  15. I get between 14 and 16 L/100kms, I find it to be a legit question in figuring out if it really is affordable. Not all of us are comfortable with paying past a certain amount for fuel, and you don't have to be filthy rich to appreciate these cars. I'm certain you would be happier spending less for fuel for the same power as would anyone else. If I could get mega power and decent fuel consumption(subjective to what you're comfortable with spending) then I'm all for it!
  16. How long is a piece of string? They're old, varies a lot.
  17. Interior of the 32 isn't too bad considering its age. Digital climate control is a step above most standard cars and everything is in an accessible position. Re trimming my car is something always on my mind and plastic fade along with scratched plastics bother me a little bit. I have an 89 so it does feel a little bit dated however I still think it is way better than a 2000 328i or a 1997 Saab 9000 (don't have access to many other cars). Then again, I hardly pay attention to the interior, more interested in getting my gear changes smooth and feeling the boost
  18. I don't think I can convince you to get one or not, everyone has a different reason for purchasing their cars. You like, you buy!
  19. Doesn't matter what you own, have respect for peoples' pride and joy, share your knowledge without being too much of an ass and you will live a happy forum life. Pauly is just too much of a keyboard warrior and I think he types faster than his thinking sometimes
  20. I'd prefer to use the nissan seals, they're $20US per side, theres a link somewhere on here about buying them. /goes thread digging SAU Thread about DIY Store
  21. Anyone have a clue as to where I go to get this fixed on my car? I've got my inner right light about 1/3 full of water right now and I've seen the DIY thread...I just have zero tools to do it Generic workshop/mechanic or panel beater/detailer for this type of work?
  22. I think Scandyflick was just trying to mediate between you two, I saw nothing wrong with the comment, but the heated debate between you seemed more appropriate through PM. PS: Don't shoot me!
  23. Alright, so who is Mitch Conner?
  24. Oops forgot about the O2 sensors, mine were gone and was chewing up 18L/100kms at one stage.
