yep I have driven up and back on the Saturday a couple of times and it wrecks you pretty good... definately looking to stay the Fri or Sat night this time

I get hardly any negative attention... try removing the massive decals/stickers^^ the general public just don't like young people in loud fast cars... its not as much the car as the driver and the area and the time of day

remember we are the only ones who draw the line between enthusiast and hoon... to the general public we are all the same and the media isn't going to want to put a positive spin on it for us... hooning and burnout footage is just too valuable, they will play and replay that sh!t until the end of time... its good tv... us all standing around, smiling, hugging coppers and driving like grandmas is bad tv

ah okay... so if I install the HKS 2535 I have sitting here I can upgrade my fuel pump too and just run it off the stock injectors (limited by duty cycle of course) and still run in standard RWD? BUT if I installed a highflow OEM turbo I could do BOTH pump and injectors?

it should already be waaay rich with the new pump and stock ecu... he would have been leaning it out with the SAFC not making it richer and no point running with a gutted cat unless you have a section of pipe put in there... just creates turbulance otherwise and no power gain

its all just typical government knee jerk reactionism... treating the symptoms not the problem... residential use runs at about 10% of all fresh water use in this coutry... where are all the commercial and industry restrictions? bah ps. doesn't bother me tho, I never washed my car anyway! sorry Mavric;)

Roy if you come round to install my new turbo you can drive the sh!t out of my pos any time you want (you don't HAVE to use the handbrake either but trust me it helps it turn!)... its no EVO and no silver bullet and we will never win Dutton but I promise you will have more fun than steering a queervo around;) ...seriously 11.9! so not fair...

In the dry there isn't a massive difference, as usually a 4wd car will weigh more than a 2wd (generalisation)... but in the wet or low grip conditions, forget about it, 4wd all day, every day

are you guys all having kids or something and need the 4 doors! seriously though I need a ride in one of these Evo's... I must be missing something, I just don't get excited about them... maybe once I have sampled the cornering goodness I will change my mind.... somone show me the light! this is exactly what happened to me! I was dead keen on an RX7 but mate let me drive his 33 on the way home from testing some cars... I went looking for 33's the next day! bottomline, drive as many boxters as you can and decide whether you like the way they drive... if you do, forget what other people think because you will be having fun behind the wheel no matter what! you can always be typecast for the type of car you drive but it only becomes a problem if you care what people think... but if you need to start a thread on the topic then you obviously DO care what others think... you hairdresser
