I think Robo is onto something... you need to get it dynoed and post up the A/F ratios etc... my bet would be its just running extremely rich and blowing out your spark... remember the closer you gap your plugs the weaker the spark gets (may help you fix the problem in the short term tho) other than that if you reckon it is losing boost could you just have a boost leak somewhere that only become apparent when you go over 7psi?

last time out I was getting bad axle tramp as I had rooted old shocks and kings springs... was keeping my 60ft to 2.3 - 2.4 secs which meant I couldn't bet better than a 13.7 ...was even tramping into second which is REALLY annoying... (may have been made worse by the Nankangs but I think the shocks are the main culprit) Have got Bilstiens in there now with the camber fixed up and the subframe bushes set for grip so am hoping for a flat 2.0 60ft next time I head to Calder

You won't get anywhwere near 200rwkw without leaning out your mixtures... you will see 10:1 a/f ratios at WOT without an SAFC or similar... an aftermarket cooler will have much less pressure drop than the stock one so you will be getting more airflow at roughly the same boost so its definately a good idea... just leave the boost under 10psi until you get some ecu tuning and you should be fine... oh and if you ask me leave the dump pipe... I have over 200rwkw with the stock dump pipe/turbo... better spending the money elsewhere

stop driving it!... the temp guage is pretty useless... if you see it going over halfway then you are in trouble and there is something definately wrong my thermostat was broken but the other way... it was always open and would take the car like 10-15 minutes to warm up and get out of closed loop in the mornings... very annoying

^^ took me months to diagnose the rattle coming from the rear only to find out it was the jack slightly loose in its holder... swapped suspension even checked the exhaust lol

I am curious as to how much rwkw and rpm people have been getting from forgies and stock rods in the RB25... if you keep the rev limit to say 7,500rpm how much power can the rods take?

I don't know if the tomei cams are the same for the NEO but the poncams in my 33 RB25 are both 256... I didn't think they came in a type A/B etc... I am pretty sure you can mix and match whatever you like...
