I got sick of running through rear tires quicker than the fronts and then just replacing the whole set (I'm a bit anal about tires)... so I now run 18/9 +30 rims with 235's all round... if you go with a bit skinnier tire you may get rid of the scrubbing without having to run spacers handling is excellent but I have decent tires (same suspension as you)... yum cha tires are a waste of money unless you just like doing skids... remember if you have adjustable sway bars you can tune the under/oversteer to suit BTW the Bilsteins are great for hopping ripple strips, I reckon there too soft for serious trackwork but they do let you take the odd 'shortcut'

everyone knows teh GTSt is faster what a way to get done, at least you could have come up with an interesting story for us... not putting up your P plates is pretty lame dude, even Mines_Datsun was more entertaining! you'll be alright, everyone makes mistakes... yours were just kinda silly! (but at least you weren't out there being fully hektic and almost killing people)

I have a 2 way and its fine... that said a 1.5 way would probably be a better choice for the street

if the unloaded wheel is spinning wildly and the loaded wheel isn't moving he does NOT have an LSD... All those diffs you mention will solve this problem on acceleration... however where they all differ is deceleration... 1 way does not lock at all on deceleration, 1.5 way partially locks and 2 way locks the same amount on accel as decel

I live in Prahran and work in St Kilda and drive the 'line every day... been pulled over for a RBT once in 5 yrs... police around here have more important stuff to do and they are very understaffed so don't usually hassle drivers that much... other than the standard booze buses on Fri/Sat nights which is fair enough far from defect heaven

yeah but all those wires really sh!t me... had a wheel on my old Xbox that had a power cable, cable connection to the console and a cable between the wheel and peddles... you would get all tangled and forget sharing turns with a mate, it would take half an hour to get setup every time... however you may be able to tuck all the cords away nicely if your using a cockpit... but still wireless FTW ... and its got Porsche written on it... can't go wrong lol

ah okay fair enough... still, some of them are just ridiculous, even the loudest import doesn't compare... some of the big old school V8's are MUCH louder as well, I don't think turbos are that bad... after all they have a dirty big turbine in the exhaust ex gates are another story tho
