Sounds abit weird. Any strange noises when you hit boost? cos if it is standard turbo running 20psi thats not good. As for proper dyno tune you will need PFC, nistune, etc.

ECU, if standard may be the problem. TBH a good dyno print out could help, along with a good tuner to help diagnose the problem. May cost dollars but who cares, or wait for more people to comment! I suppose it depends which state you live in. For a 1000 horses it would cost alot of money $50-100 grand. My friend who used to have a 33GTR was running a safe tune of 550 hp, however this was only possible after spending about $20 -30 grand on the engine (Stroker kit, HKS cams, dry sump, and the list goes on and on). I believe each state forum has a thread on reputable workshops.

Cheers, the only problem i've had is a slight wobble at 100km/h. Which never happened with stockies. And have been told by two tyre places that the newer rims are NOT out-of-round or un-balanced.

Had a mate with a 33R, it had basically what your describing but add in a stroker kit. It made 411 atw/kw on 1bar. Should give you enough power to scare yourself, god knows it scared the shit outta me.

Rear main seal i believe is about $8, all you need then is a hoist + someone who knows what to do. Otherwise $400, of course it may be less or more expensive than that.
