  1. How many guys is this plonker going to punt off?
  2. Could you give us a couple of quotes out of the mag of what he says about the R32 and the Japs?
  3. ....Just make sure mine doesn't come from that vendor, haha They way I see it, turbo manufactures are pushing the boundaries to reduce lag and increase power, You are always going to have a few hicups with new development.....This hasn't helped BW as it's one the back of the huge delays due to a vendor not able to produce parts to BW specs.... ....But I'm sure when they find all faults (Which no doubt they will have by now) they will be THE turbo to have
  4. Anyone got theirs yet....? 7064? 7670? 8374? 9180? ....Perhaps I should have ordered the twins
  5. Awww...you not like my Katomoto exhaust?.....but it's sounds nice and quiet, I hate droney exhausts. Having said that I am looking to change it....just not sure what will work without sounding crap.
  6. Hi Ollie, Unfortunately the guy that made the hats for me is nowhere to be found, I think he has moved overseas after the earthquakes, I needed to get a set of rear brakes done for another guy keen on a set, Otherwise I might have been able to find out for you. We redrilled the holes for the rear ones, And yes it does get within a mill or two to the old holes, We put a loctite a Grub Screw in the old holes to help with the strength of it. One piece of advice when making hats for the front, Make sure there are fairly shallow dished, The first set I got made looked like they would clear easily....But when the front suspension comes up the lower king pins rub on the rotor. What size are the Michelin's?
  7. I got a Clutch Master Mount made to allow me to run a S14 200sx clutch master on my GT-R When you go to a big plenum or RB30 they can fowl on the factory master. This mount also means you can get rid of the baggy assisted clutch master, and replace it with a direct one, Should mean your will get a better pedal feel. This is a dirct bolt up, and the throw rate seems perfect. My pedal doesn't feel any more heavy that before. It is CNC machined from billet alloy, and have the thread pre tapped. If anyone wants one, I have six only, and can do them for $210nzd plus postage. I'm happy to send anywhere if you have PayPal. Heres one on my car. And a couple of raw pics. PM me if you are keen. __________________ "You should never under estimate the predictivity of stupidity!"
  8. On a plus note..... My 8374 TS IWG should be shipped this month, So early next month it should be in my hot little hands!! WOOHOO can't wait!! I am getting a Manifold made here for it, So there will be a little wait for that.....I would have loved a Full-Race one, They are a work of art....But it starts to add up getting one from the other side of the world.
  9. LOL! Yeah....We'll see! I'm not looking for as much power as "The Berry-Mobile"
  10. I can't believe how boost thirsty these things are....Hope my engines up to the task
  11. Could you let us know where they are going to be available from when you have them ready to go.
  12. They must be getting them out now then.....I still haven't heard anything yet
  13. JAGR33 I See that the brakes have sold, But I was wondering if you could answer a couple of questions regarding them for me? What brake master cylinder were you running with them? Stock R33? If so did it have much freeplay in the pedal? Long pedal? Did you still retain the ABS, Or was it removed? Who made up the hats and dogbones for you? would they still have the measurements to make another set? or sell me the CAD measurements? I'm looking at running a set under the same wheel you have shown in the photos (Enkei RPF1 18x10.5 15 offsett) there was no issues with those fitting? Thanks for your time, Chris.
  14. Settle Petal! I have found his post, And he shows a set of 18" Enkei RPF1 wheels over them, So it looks like they will fit. Cheers for pointing out them out.
  15. I'm running 18's, But not all 18's have the same inside diameter.....That's why I need a size, i.e cm of inside.
  16. Does anyone know what the smallest inside wheel diameter that will fit over a set of V8 Supercar Alcon brakes? I know the V8's run a 17" wheel, But they are a very thin wall racecar wheel, And a lot of 18's don't fit over them.
  17. That is HAWT! ....The chick's not bad either!
  18. No expert....But it does sound like the active diff might be ka-put
  19. Come on Borg Warner....My engine bay is getting lonely
  20. Yeah, Not missing it again, I will be there! Will you be working at the Tenga Egg stand, Richard?
  21. The NZV8s and the V8supertourers are two totally different classes, and will not run on the same weekends as each other. There will however be a new car coming to replace the aging NZV8 ex-taxi's, These have been loosely called the "Car of Tomorrow" (named much like what the Aussies are getting as the "Car of the Future"....But will not be anywhere near the same)
  22. Sorry to thread rob.... But can you upgrade a a standard Nismo CopperMix to a "C" Spec version?
  23. Surely RIPS FED would be one of the most powerful....Rev's to 10,000rmp, and makes about 1200-1400hp? Standard RB30 crank
  24. I wouldn't say the Garrets saved they day....If they bet Tarzan then we would have to ask the question.
