  1. I have 295x35x18's on a 18x10.5" wheel with 15 offset on a R32 GT-R.......but I'm running wider guards. You would have to cut and tuck the rears and be very good at rolling the front guards (or run some serious camber) to fit them on, they only rub a tiny amount at full lock on the liners.
  2. Longshot...... If anyone is running a 8374 1.05a/r and wants to swap the rear housing to a 0.92a/r IWG, I have a HPC ceramic coated one with both the Med and Hard wastegate cans and a brand new TurboSmart wastegate. Flick me a PM or post on here. Cheers.
  3. Small versions of the GTR boot badge to replace the GT badges that go on the guards would be good
  4. I had two for the last ten years. The early one still never through any belts, and the new one has the trigger wheel setup on it and it is all good too. Great product, bit pricey for their trigger kit, but super well made.
  5. Same tyre size and width front and rear? I see you have put new tyres on it.
  6. Orientation doesn't mean a lot, prob more important is airflow, I've got both my powersteer cooler and engine oil cooler between the intercooler and radiator (large Ron Davis Rad) where in a perfect world they wouldn't be jammed in there......but all my temps even on the track equalise at very well.
  7. 8psi at 3500rpm?.......I hope it makes 900hp!
  8. There are plenty of knock-offs around, they work, but they are not acurate enough to use on a performance car.....we saw up to 20% difference between ten sensors in testing.......you get what you pay for, I'm guessing that is why Haltech only warranty with their sensor.
  9. They are a modified/de-capped/high flowed Bosch 550cc injector to make them either 750cc or 1000cc Injector Dynamics and Xspurt and many other brands use this injector, you won't find any labelling on them as it starts out life as a Bosch product (does normally have an orange ring around the middle when it's sold as a 550cc) What you may find on ID's is they engrave the flow test numbers on the side.
  10. I had the same problem with a Ron Davis radiator, my fan caught the shroud and jammed while I was on track, at the time I only had my factory dash in there instead of my Racepak IQ3 so I didn't have any warning lights for temps, I didn't realise there was an issue until the Link G4+ put the car into limp mode when the water and oil temps went through the roof. I've now gone to twin electric fans
  11. Be very careful buying cheap Ethanol Content Sensors......we tested some that were bought in from Asia that were supposed to be genuine, and even had the correct markings and branding, but the readings were all over the show! The ones we have come from Europe and are the genuine article http://www.nzefi.com/product/ethanol-content-sensor-flex-fuel-sensor/
  12. We have done quite a bit of injector testing. The spray pattern between a high flowed 550/750cc injector compared to the ones I have linked to are night and day different The Bosch 1000's are designed for Ethanol, where as the 550s weren't...... High flowed injectors were fine when there wasn't the correct sized injector available.....but now Bosch makes 1000's, 1300's and 1650's straight out of the box now.
  13. They are a high flowed Bosch 550cc injector, so there are better options for 1000cc injectors available now. http://www.nzefi.com/product/nissan-rb-1000ccmin-top-feed-direct-fit-fuel-injector-kit/
  14. Awesome result Pete, good to see with a couple of changes and a tuner that took the time to find and fix the problems you got the power this thing should have been putting out from the start! So many tuners don't even perform pre dyno checks like an intake pressure test for e.g....... ......I'll take your R34 box of ya cheap when you put the OS88 in
  15. Calling someone a Noob because they haven't heard of this tuner is not an opinion.....
  16. I wouldn't know Jez from a bar of soap, but if he is using shit products like cheap single layer gaskets on a high end build like this I thought I would comment. ......sorry I thought this was a forum?
  17. Seen enough of them leak to not use them. In a perfect world if the manifold flange and the turbo housing are dead flat then single layer one would be fine......but it is not always a perfect world.
  18. The 6 Boobs mani looks the biz. Is that a single layer gasket sitting on there Pete......? Tell however speced that to stop being a cheap bastard and put a good multi layer one on like a Permaseal.
  19. Haha! I like your style Pete.... "Put all the money in the bag, my car needs a new gearbox!"
  20. Haha! The end....is there such a thing? For me it's probably the gearbox; 1, R34 Getrag = money I have now 2, OS88 = money if I save up 3, R35 Transaxle = if I win Lotto this weekend!
  21. Not a big fan of the 740cc side feeds, we have tuned heaps of both the 555's and the 740's and the 740cc injectors never tune up anywhere near as nice, they don't idle as well, and the cruise isn't as nice.....WOT is no different but the rest is. If it was me and needed anything bigger than the 555's I would be doing a top feed setup with Bosch 1000's
  22. Yup, I would say so....mine's kinda nasty, iirc it's something like about 7psi Is there a boost curve? I wouldn't be surprised if the tuner has tapered the boost to try and get around it.
